Hearing from a certain man in the radio business that McDermott is only going to be staying to (at longest) the end of the season. Two target managers have been contacted, which are Roberto Di Matteo and Gustavo Poyet.

Di Matteo is said to be quite unsure of the role and at the present time unconvinced. Poyet has not been directly contacted as there has been a fair bit of resistance from Sunderland officials.

That's the word, take it or leave it.

McD needs to go - I like him and being honest he's had a tough time over the last 12 months. But all these defeats recently and playing exttremely poor, He needs to go. Enough is enough. Put naylor and co in charge, with a different team. Some of these players should never wear the Leeds shirt again! They are a disgrace. We need 3 pts over the next 6 matches, possibly 2 to stay up. We need a man in now to get points - to keep us safe . Our Gus is cut for this role - but can't see him in until May /June; Brian and his team(mates) are not bothered one bit despite the rhetoric - there is no Yorkshire Heart for the shirt - move em all on unless they prove otherwise and sell McCormack in May

Cellino has said that he "is going to drive the bus", and is in charge. I suspect that he will turn up at Thorp Arch tomorrow and pay the player's the balance of their wages in chicken feed and tell Brian which player's are in the team for his first game at Elland Road as President of our club. We don't need any Italian football managers, we already have a GLADIATOR!

Might as well bring Kevin Blackwell back got plenty experience in league one

Just got back from tonights match, hope he goes tomorrow. Shocking tonight no idea, tactics none existing. Best if he walks before he's pushed, time to go Brian

I would love di Matteo but I'm sure he's contacted di canio. He would instill passion and if not get rid no problem. He would be great!

So Poyet was contacted, but not contacted?

Di Canio would be awful. Hard headed managers fail. There is still a question mark over Di Matteo's head. Zola gets mentioned too, again no thanks. A good upcoming manager, preferably British, would be god.
