Rumours saying cellino wants a new badge

1.) 13 Apr 2014
Not heard this rumour. However it would be nice to have a badge similar to yah old rose one.

2.) 13 Apr 2014
How many fans (like me) will need another badge tattoo then!

3.) 13 Apr 2014
It would draw a line under the dreck of the last ten years .

4.) 13 Apr 2014
Not sure we need another entirely new one -we've had too many already for a club of our stature. I agree the current one is too bland and corporate though. So I would favour a return to one of our classic ones -either the smiley or 'LUFC'? The rose reminds me too much of the 80s personally; plus, we are Leeds (a city as well as team to brag about), not Yorkshire -that's cricket. Chapel A

Why the hell do LUFC insist on changing their badge every few years? It's ridiculous, most clubs with tradition and pride have the same badge for 'life'. I personally love the Leeds badge and so should all true Leeds fans. And don't forget that there are thousands of fans with the current badge proudly tattooed onto their bodies for life.
LEAVE WELL ALONE!

Could be a good idea if we went back to an old style badge as we could be doing with an old style kit

7.) 13 Apr 2014
Its true my friend was on the train with cellino and siad they chatted for 30 mins and he said he wants a new badge

8.) 14 Apr 2014
I was the original poster of this and it may be a bit unclear sorry it might be a new badge or go back to an old badge hence the requested all white retro style kit

9.) 14 Apr 2014
Bring back the old 'single' peacock. (the one that looked like an Owl). That the one I will always remember Billy kissing. and yes. we wore it on a red strip

10.) 14 Apr 2014
I like the idea of a new badge for a new era but will our new era work out I hope so maybe should get the new badge for when we're back in the premier league

11.) 14 Apr 2014
Actually, just reading about the past badges and kits. It was an Owl not a Peacock. my mistake sorry. Fredh

12.) 14 Apr 2014
Smiley, for me. Our greatest and most inimitable badge, ever!
CityWhite.

13.) 14 Apr 2014
I would love a change of badge hopefully an old one but wouldn't hate a new one for a new era. Like the style of our current badge but not the people who put it in place and why they put it in place (to sit with a current european market by risdale) draw a line under the last ten years with new/old badge to kiss. for me the leeds badge will always be the rose one, I understand the cricket referance but as a london based leeds fan we are pride of yorkshire and should have a white rose on our badge

Leave the badge alone! What is wrong with you all. We wore that badge in a Champions League semi final, Kev & Chris were wearing it in Istanbul, Beckford was wearing it when he scored the winner at Old Trafford. I'm proud of it and so should you be (stop living in the past).

To the above post you can't live like that, white rose badge had great momries to, getting promoted, winning league etc. same with older badges, very narrow minded and simple view, if we get new badge hopfully that will have many new great memories, remember the current badge was once new and now fans like you see it as the one, a new badge would become that to a new generation of fans, one thing for sure current badge has been with us at our lowest eb so has worst place in our history, more I think about it more I want a change
