After a bit of research Dolan managed Exeter over a decade ago, he's academy manager at! Wait for it "Reading"
He guided Reading academy to the FA cup semi final this season beating us on the way.

Started to write a reply but it vanished mid sentence - is this a sign? Eamon is a good buddy with BMD and is apparently very similar! Came out of nowhere to manage and both have academy backgrounds?!? Can't glean much else but one point - he ain't British - he is Irish so if MC is true to his word then this ain't our man or MC is poor at geography!

Sorry conflicting info. One source says he was born in dagenham the other in Ireland - different dates too! Bizarre!
