A signing I would love to see is erling haland from red bull Salzburg. Everyone here should know what he's about. He joined Rb in Jan (transfer agreed last summer) . But he's barely had a look so far for whatever reason. Awesome in norway and if RB don't play him try and loan with option to buy for 15-20 mil if promoted. Physical quick and can finish. Could be a chris wood type for us.

I like him but for me James Milner needs to act or shut up. Said so many times that he wants to play for us again. Guess what James you're out of contract this summer starting to see more of the bench than the starting 11 at Anfield. If you're serious leave Liverpool and on a high with a CL win and come to leeds and play every week and mentor Shackleton. He's a could have been leeds hero and his time to change that is fast running out.

In a perfect world these signings would happen and we'd go up. Won't happen tho.

Both would see us up. Haaland was mooted as a potential signing, but didn’t happen. He’s Leeds, like his Dad.

I'd take Erling Haaland in a heartbeat - might mean letting Edmondson go on loan for further development (maybe to Doncaster as they've certainly handled Mallik Wilks well enough to be trusted with another of our rising stars) - but young Haaland is already a step up from Ryan and would be just as likely to bleed white, being a chip of his old man's block and having professed a desire to play for us.

You're also right re Milner, if he really wants to finish his career here there's be no better way to re-establish himself as a true Leeds hero than to take a substantial pay cut and help deliver us to the Prem in his first season back. So James, stop boring us all with how much you want to return - just do it!
