Idiotic challenge from Cooper, he shouldn't be a starter ( nor therefore captain) moving forward

But the even bigger point is time and time again how SICK and CORRUPT are the faceless officials operating VAR and their anti Leeds agenda!

Baldock last week ( no VAR interference) , Cooper this week ( VAR interference) yet same offences

Football is infected with a VAR c.v. that is damaging the integrity of the game.

Not the same offense as Cooper won the ball and cleanly!

Cooper played the ball. Agree with a yellow for carelessness maybe but a sending off is a disgrace.

Yes Canada
Same 'offence'as in recklessness regardless of winning the ball.

BV, your weird

The captain of your team is sent off whilst putting in a tackle and you just sit on your keyboard and criticise. Keep putting in the effort mucka.

No need for Cooper to go in the way he did.

I punched oppos and not got yellow. Coops took the ball, and caught the man about ten mins later. I thought that cheat Mariner rescinded the yellow, but then threw a red. Disgraceful decision. Shocking. What has happened to this game!? .

Totally disagree Baz.
If he goes in hard and misses the ball or barely (no control) touches the ball then it is reckless and red all day long.
If he is the only player of two going for a 50:50 who times it correctly and gets full contact on the ball then where is the reckless?
The reckless if from Jesus going into a 50:50 challenge with no timing or control as evidenced by missing the ball.
After Cooper got the ball he made no double movement so his momentum was was kept him moving, that is not reckless it is the laws of physics.
If he made a double movement or kicked out then again yes a red for sure
In summary it was a perfectly timed tackle.
