Arsenal raph bid $35 mill apparently.
Why?

I’m surprised it’s that much coming from Arsenal, they will want a bargain and probably view Leeds a club who are desperate to sell.
I seriously don’t think Radz will let him go for anything less than 60Mil, I’m not privy to Leeds Utd’s financial situation, but it could be that Radz does have the upper hand on any bids coming in for Raphinha.
Fortunately for Radz he does have Two prized assets to sell, he may only need to sell one in this window I and it may be viewed that the better deal can be done with Man City for KP. ?
At least finally the wheels are in motion now for Raphinha, it may reverse the pressure onto Barcelona
now and we will see if they are serious about buying him for his true valuation.

Because we are little leeds, or so they think. We need to take a leaf out of Brightons book when negotiating transfer sales . Unless they match our valuation then no sale. Brighton wanted £50 million for Ben White and held out for every penny.

I thought for where Ben While is in his career, Brighton did well to get 50 Mil for him.

I honestly believe the board do know how to handles sales, and will hold out for every single penny. Just look at the Jack Clarke sale for example.

Wouldn’t surprise me if, when he met with them, Deco encouraged Arsenal to low ball us, knowing we’d turn it down and at the same time trying to keep the ‘market’ at a low level to help maintain Barca’s hope of stealing a bargain deal.

This needs firm. action

How about Radz circumvent this tomfoolery by Gooners and Barcelona ( and actually insulting offers that may also insult Raphs ego)

RADZ come out with a definitive statement in press that £60 million is the minimum value for Raph (. and give deadline date for that offer to be made ) and that otherwise Raph will remain a Leeds player till next window at least.

Never set a minimum price at the start of negotiations. Always set the price higher than you are willing to accept. Look at Moyes’ stance on Rice; perfect negotiation tactics.

Brighty that valuation of Rice was a hands off he is NOT for sale

Whereas Leeds are open to selling Raph (just 2 years left of contract) and time is moving on it needs resolution one way or another asap

Barca have been taking the urine for months and now Gonners. this bs needs to stop NOW

. whatever MINIMUM figure ( £60,65, 70 million Radz is happy enough with to consider should be indicated publicly and just as importantly a deadline date given for it to happen . no later

Deals below that minimum figure will NOT be responded to nor once deadline date has been reached.

Agree baz. Set the fee and stick with it. First come first served. 62 mill for me. Happy with that.
45 mill for replacement striker and 20 for a potential.
We got wingers. Don’t need more. Let’s concentrate on the middle at both ends.

Radz should employ Hooksie to communicate to Goons the most effective response.

Price has been set at £65m.
As a former Negotiator, and Negotiations Trainer, I can say honestly, that almost everything is for sale, it’s just how much the other party wants it. I think we have set our stall out too cheaply stating £65, because now someone will offer £50 plus staged payments, or target related payments. It’s all in the game. But as I said before, I think VO can play this game.
