I say pay agard what he wants he'll be worth it in the long run.

Seth Johnson wanted £40k a year, and he got it, plus a car that he never asked for! He was a complete embarrassment, so let's learn from it and offer Agard what MC believes he is worth, if it doesn't suit him then good luck to the lad, but I think he may live to regret it

Why should players come and demand a high wage we as the above post says been caught out and lived to regret it. We have a good owner who will not pay silly money. Also what do people think about the derby players not wanting a win bonus but a good pay out if they get promoted

He mustn't have been on much at rotherham in league 1 at most 10k so he must have asked for double that but still if hunt is on that I don't see why agard coultned be.

Good to play hard ball but is there a point when losing on players due to demands is cutting nose off to spite face. not saying this example is but worry we have lost some players. its ok for leeds fans to say play for the shirt but players don't they play for money. any builders work for little as they like the house and blueprint of what they are building? Teachers, I will work for less I like this class? believe in MC but there must be a balance and are we hitting that balance? only time will tell but I do think MC will be good (and already has been good)

Algarve, that's gone down really well with my Derby supporting friends!Shows a positive attitude i.e reward us for doing something, and not until we do!(But please, if there is a god, let T he Mighty Leeds beat them twice this season, its costing me a fortune in free beers)lol
