Didn't watch the match so all I comment on is from reports and banter.

I can't understand why we went from a 4-3-3 (last 3 games) to a 4-4-2 with Smith and Sharp upfront.

There was no apparent width with the selected players (Tonge, Austin, Murphy and Bianchi) so I can only assume we played a diamond.

I was not a backer of The Hock getting the job and don't think his credentials were up to scratch, but from the point he took the Leeds job was willing to accept him. I can't see this getting better, we will have fluctuating form under him. So better get rid sooner than later, if we are to at least contend for a play off place. Some of you may say, give him time, but frankly speaking I don't want 3 wins and a draw out of the next 10 games.

I think he was brought in as a cheap gamble who would get the team in shape and possible get lucky with tactics and results, MC will get rid of him, so why not now and get someone else in.

100% should never of been signed. I always thought he signed a loser english guy to then say english didn't work and then bring in Italian who he wants to work with, this also buys time while mc finds feet and team beds. there are a million rumours about players signing but manager/coach is the most important appointment of them all. lots of people to go for as well, nigel pearson could do a job but for me if MC wants to go up and stay up as soon as possible he will pull out all the stops break wage sturture and do anything to bring in tony pulis. the man is amazing and can do it at our level and in prem. not sure if he would take job but if I was in charge of leeds I would do anything (and I mean anything) to get pulis at leeds then watch us roll over the league and stay in prem. and with pulis he don't need new players he can take anyone and make them good, look what he did at palace. there are lots of leeds fans as well, so come on hock out pulis in try and put pressure on MC if we all got behind this it might happen (it won't happen but would be nice to dream for a while)

Totally agree. We don't have the luxury of time here - 3 wins would have given us 9 points and we would have been happy sitting at the top of the league. Have a lot of time for Tony Pulis, who, presumably, has a lot of time on his hands.

Would TP work just as a coach not a manager?.
Chill needs to sort this out because whatever players he brings it will be the same you need to react to tactics that's a good coach lost to IH and SH.
head to head will he outdo just a few
Pearce
McCarthy
Freeman
Howe

Maybe not Malky Mackay then ( keep up Daily Snail who seem to think he is a shoe in at Palace) as a file on him and Ian Moody has been sent to the FA by Cardiff. I don't think Vincent Tam would play nicely. Meanwhile Robert Snodgrass has fractured his kneecap - ouch, and Fulham remain on the bottom of the Championship. It's all going on, we need a win at Watford. Oh and please can we have Tony Pulis if the Hock doesn't get his act together and he hasn't been snapped up.
