woke up this morning still no signs of hock being signed. let's get this right with 11 players we did nothing against a thrown together team from league 1. our game plan is none exsitant we have no idea what we are trying to do. we play hoof but it is inneffective as not set up for it. when we kept it on deck it is pedestrain with lack of movement and in areas that don't hurt the opposition. marking again bad on set plays. diamond again? they say the definition of crazy is to try the same thing with different results. either crazy or no idea what else to do? poor disapline also points to frustration, lack of focus or repesct for coach. if Hock don't go bring on bolton lose, they if hock don't go bring on who is next lose (and repeat until fired) anyone who disagrees please wait till my pattern is wrong. the man is to blame for everything wrong at leeds and it will not pick up till gone. I am not crazy I do not expect to do the same and get different results. Hock = loss

We will shortly be in limbo as regards Hockaday. I have seen this happen before when the axe is poised and indecision sets in. Look at Blackburn and Kean, their former manager . I predict we will draw on Saturday which will leave us. in limbo.

Hi BW.
Totally agree with your post, Hockajoke should have been sacked by now. He is totally out of is Depth!
He is a proven failed coach who has jumped at the chance of managing the greatest team in the world! For that I can't blame the guy.
However, I think its time to start venting frustration and anger at Cellino. He is the Pizza Brained Pratt that hired Him in the first place and He is the one allowing Hockajoke to continue making us look so ridiculous!
DONkey Cellino needs to get this sorted asap mate!

I know I have had differing opinions to you in the past, but you do speak a lot of sense and now I am eating my words. It is time for a change, without it I do fear the pattern will continue and will be very difficult for anyone else to turn it into a half decent season.
I know it is early in the season to knee jerk, but I can't see it changing while the status quo remains.
He either is out of his depth, or the players are not responding to his requests/direction, either way its time to look at other options, my fear is that there is anyone with quality available who is prepared to simply be the coach and not the manager? Any suggestions?

Kebabman takes a big person to say when might be wrong and I have been there many times. my optomistic bets included Rickets to be top goalscorer in championship, Leeds to go up under Warnock and Leeds to go up under McDermott. wouldn't be football fans if not wrong more often than right. Sadly I thought Hock was out of depth from start and wanted him sacked straight away as couldn't see how he could do anything other than fail. Wish I was wrong but looks like sadly I was right

I Agree with you Kebabman, I can't see a manager with any sort of pedigree wanting to come to leeds to be a yes man and have no influence on the Squad, Cellino needs to sort the mess OFF the pitch (I.E. stadium, training park, etc) and get in a manager who can be left to build a squad capable of competing in this league as at the moment bringing in second rate foreign players who have no idea of the strains of this league (probably one of the most competitive in the world) just isn't going to work!

Would love steve clarke but just can't see that happening

I think Steve Clarke would be a great bet. Before he started his managerial career he had a cracking career as head coach at a number of top clubs with top managers. When at Chelsea he won Leagues/cups etc, so maybe his best position at a club is the coach and not a manager. If he could work in this way again, he would be a great coach for Leeds. Failing that, let's go for Gus Hiddink
