Massimo has realised and corrected his mistake (and it was a mistake)

Let's hope he now appoints someone of the calibre required to take this club forward on the pitch and make a reality of his and our Premier League dreams

I doubt any of the experienced names mentioned would touch us with a barge pole with the goings on at ER. Sad to say but we're the laughing stock of football league at the moment. Could do with Redders chalking a win or three up over the next four games to calm everyone down a bit.

MC hired 36 coaches people will clearly work for him. be supired what people will do for a pound note. now let's hope he gets his wallet out and gets someone decent. redfern will be massive step up form hock

The fact that he hired 36 in such a short space of time suggests to me that MC isn't too great at picking coaches.

It is my mindset but I always look at what they have done before, if good I will give them time and support until they mess up. Hock was a joke which poor record so I wanted him out until he proved me wrong which I didn't think he would and sadly he didnt. i'd of prefered it if he won all his games and i'd of looked like a burke. everything he said didn't help. hopfeully next guy deserves a chance. I don't mind uproven give them a chance but can't stomach proven failure

Mr happy that's a good point about the coaches but look at other side. he took small calgai a seria b team and made them a long stay seria a team changing the club around. I will happily have two coaches a year if we become a long stay feature in prem. not saying I agree with methods but something worked at calgria and I respect that.
