I agree %100 every new coach should be given full support and time. I think the F.A/FIFA or whoever the powers be should be a employment law in saying unless gross misconduct or negligence (not results or player based) every coach/manager given a job must stay in that post for a minimum of 6 months (or such a set period) this will give all managers time needed and stop all this management merry-go-round nonsense. That said I do fail to understand why some people state managers deserve full backing yet get on players backs, for me they are all trying to do a job and in the same boat. I give my full support to everyone with the badge. I am sure no one tries to do a bad job, even Morrison or Sharpe
