Keep and clean sheet and solid at back against top of league. Next game replace the cb that essesially made the back four solid against Derby and we get battered. Where's the logic in that?

Floyd, not Redfearn's fault for Bellusci being injured but you can blame him for the lack of innovation when it comes to tactics. Against Derby the entire team performed well, which Redfearn should take the plaudits for preparing the team that performed so well. Unfortunately the quality of à good manager is the ability to effect the game when things are not going well. Redfearn currently lacks this quality
