Whilst not my first choice as Manager after a while I warmed to Steve Evans. He was passionate about the club and I am sorry to see him go. Steve Evans has been treated very badly by Cellino. The owner is the liability. Not sure I would like Monk at the club. Didn't really think he did that well at Swansea.

agree I see a lot of posts on here calling for erwin, sloth, even adryan back in the day and fond talk of dawson and poleon they are not up to task of would be in our first team as we are not baracelona and able to mug off players like bojan and sancechez.

To be fair he might be a really good player. 15 goals in league 1 is OK. Vardy came out of non-league. We need a striker and quick. Clearly Evans does not rate Erwin.

Tomlins was an amazing player last season and the one before, I think we'd be hard pressed to name a player with his ability in the last couple of seasons . Why won't we try Erwin up front with the Duke or Auntie Lucy behind as neither are direct replacements for Wood at holding the ball up top for the others to work off. We have struggled without Wood, but Erwin does not get any opportunity to shine?

Everything seemed to be going OK until the first goal went in. The defending is dreadful. What the hell was Bamba doing for the second goal. Kids stuff. Hopefully the players will re-pay the 1522 fans that travelled to see that garbage. We huffed and puffed with no end product. You cannot blame Doukara the guy was on his own. We have a kid in the under 21's banging goals in. Give him a go. Man Utd played Rashford and he has scored 4 goals in 2 games.
We are now looking over our shoulder. 9 points above relegation zone.
I think SE will be gone by the w/ e. Sad really as the guy is passionate but the players are not good enough.
