I am sure we have a squad that could take us to the playoffs with only a few minor tweaks. Doukara and Wooten need to be replaced by two better players.
I have to put the poor results down to Uwe, the system are Playing offers no guidance nor instruction to the individual players, they seem to be interchanging position but with no clue why and generally without the ball and end result. Our squad now we have wingers, is crying out for a 4 4 2 formation.
A strong ball winner and ball player in the centre of the park with Antilucy playing off Wood. Our wingers are of a good standard for this league and the full backs are doing well. 4 4 2 will offer us more stability and an understanding between player. We could have a lot more points on the board by now. Stop being suborn Uwe and play the system that woks at this level.

does any one else feel as soon as Berardi is fit he should slot into left back and move Charlie Taylor up to left wing, has to be better than Mowatt and Roofe.

Don't think Taylor is showing his best Form this season. Perhaps he could be on bench instead of Mowett.

Mowatt not good enough on current form to be in team, give Roofe another go. Taylor ain't playing great either and don't play him out of position he will be worst, he is no winger really is he. Roofe is used to that role and OK has not done it yet but he does have the potential to be useful if he just had more confidence in himself.

George - please re - read my post. Suggest Taylor has time on bench as Beradi is fit. Mowett needs to go out on loan, see yesterday post.

I wouldn't move Taylor further up, he doesn't have an attacking instinct and we are already playing guys out wide who are short on goals and assists (plus I've had more than enough of us playing good players in the wrong position over the last 10 years) . Roofe is currently the most obvious choice as a back up wide man with his pace but I would actually like to see us give Antonsson a run out on the left. He played a number of games on the left side of a front 3 at Kalmar FF, would lose us a bit of natural width down the left (more of an inside forward than winger) but adds a little more fire power with him drifting in and leaves room down the outside for the overlap.

Roofe needs time and patience to settle in and the best way is to play him. Mowatt does not deserve a place even on bench at this moment.

Don't tit about with playing people out of position. I'd like to see Berardi back but Charlie Taylor is for me only a left back. Either drop him for Berardi or leave him at left back.

Cellino won't allow Taylor to be dropped. His value will only go down when he's sat on the bench.

Good point Gummie. I could see Antonsson on the left. Its not as we care creating chances from that position as it is. At least more of a goal threat although would put more pressure on Taylor defensively.

Berra is not ready yet. Look at the U-23 game. I was disappointed. But Charlie has his worries. Think though he made a good game against Wigan. Stick to the team against Wolves.

As much as I like Sol Bamba, when he plays we always seem to be under the cosh, he looks to only pass the ball sideways or backwards giving teams a chance to regroup and get back into shape. Come on Sol let's move the ball quicker from the back and forward occasionally would be nice. Anty lucy needs to up his workrate otherwise let's see Irwin on or Botaka alongside Doukara let's see what he can do up front. MOT.

really miffed at Uwe, if a system isn't working then change it don't be so stubborn and pig headed to think that your way is the right way. I have said so many times on here that a 4 4 2 system with the players we have is the best formation. I know some people on here have mentioned poor defending but with a keeper who cannot command his area this leaves defenders doing his job and therefor being pulled out of positon. I would like to see a keeper who can do this brought in. that would immediately improve our defense even if wooten is playing ( he is useless by the way) why play him when byram is sat on the bench. Wood up front on his own is a nonsense he is poo. antilucy and wood together would torment a defense and with the supply coming from botaka ( if he can get the final ball right) and buckley or dallas. midfield of adeyembi and cook or murphy ( mowatt isn't doing it for me at the moment) would like to see sloth given a chance in his preferred position central midfield but even wooten gets a look in before him, I'm flabbergasted. with an addition of a keeper and a formation change along with some minor tweaks we have a team that can compete at this level as it stands. unless uwe changes and adapts then he needs to go, Admit it uwe heavey metal nonsense is not working go back to basics we will find winning ways MOT.

I think 3 4 3 is the way to go . Games will be far more open . We have some exciting players if used properly, yes we lost 6 0 playing that way once but I think we'd win a few 4 3 or 3 2. Got to be worth a shot .

You know you have problems in the team when you miss a 20 year old left back, a 39 year old cart horse who led a line called after a cheap supermarket chain and a Jamaican who couldn't get a work permit. All during same week as club limit away support for bipolar reasons from a chairman who could be barred from acting any moment and we also badly miss an ex-ceo trying to fix his marriage. Just another week in Leeds United.

we need two wingers and play 4 4 2 it is simple that is how this league is, no need to start fannying with different formations it just does not work at this level and one more decent centre half is needed. This is not continental football it is championship and to get out of this league need an English style approach
There is no managers job available, they would both make great coach's
