NeVer been so frustrated in my life watching a game,
Not sure what our tactics or game plan are
But we spend so much time passing the ball sideways
And backwards that it gives the opposition time to get back and regroup everytime, we have no width, no pace, on the odd occasion we do attack there is never anyone in the box, I am all for giving new players time but I am really struggling to see what doukara brings to the team, has the touch of a Sunday league player at best. not sure where we go from here but tonight was like Bradford all over again.
1.) Totally agree Dave. We seem to have taken a step back since milanic came in. How can the same set of players play so positively under redders and not perform for the current coach. We're playing like we did under McDermott and hockaday. So frustrated with tonight's performance.
2.) Two great posts agree %100. Although I do think we have these qualities just not showing it, we were playing great a few games back you don't become a bad team over night. well unless darko takes over and messes everything up

See Wolves have had a bid accepted for Chris wood, he's in the final yr of his contract so I presume the fee will be affordable, we could do with someone like him and maybe someone like Jacob butterfield for the midfield -apparently available for 750k. couple of decent signings like that would give everyone a big lift
Leicester want 1.2 mil for Chris wood, sell smith and maybe go for him-although I know wages may be a stumbling block
Hock wouldn't have the authorisation to give him 25k a wk, mc does the contracts and he certainly isn't going to start offering that sort of money a wk
I agree danum, he's a journeyman, I spoke to a Doncaster fan about him on Sunday and he said he hoped they didn't go back in for him!

Norris was our best player tonight,he def deserves another start and should get it with the sending off of the deteriorating game by game murphy.
I am sure he isn't the right man for the job, however look at it from his point of view, he is been given average serie B players(who he will know nothing about)he has had no pre season with them to have a good look at them and try find out about them, instead he gets them given and probably gets told to play them.2 have been sent off on their debuts and let him down, he (hock)comes out and says what all the fans are thinking-we need 4 players with championship experience-so Cellino gets him Casper sloth. I do agree his tactics appear poor, but you need to know your players to imply your tactics and he certainly hasn't had time to get to know them yet.
I think for us to be pushing towards the top 6 we would need a quality centre midfielder, obviously we may have just about spent our transfer budget but if there was anything left that's the 1 position we could do with strengthening. we fell short there in a lot of games last season.
