Has anyone else thought this, that on Friday when we were playing a must win game how much pressure must there have been on the team? Answer NONE! Because Bielsa hires Jonny English to spy on Frank Lampards Derby, when questioned he squealed like a Sheffield Wednesday midfielder who has just met Ronny Viera, Then the man himself comes straight out with it and says " I told him to do it " this deflecting all the attention away from the team and onto himself, allowing the boys to perform as well as they did, Bielsa is not just a good manager he is a GENIUS!

What's gone wrong ? Well I think it's pretty obvious ORTA I think TC is doing the best he can with what he's got ! He's playing players who VO has picked/signed ( the job of a foreign DOF ) it's exactly the same as what happened at Boro and there still reeling from it, if AR wants a DOF get VO out and get a a British one in I'd say Harry Redknapp who know the English game . IMO that's why Aitor Karanka never came to us in the summer he knew exactly what was going to happen with signings and how much say he would be given .

I agree that Orta is a problem but on surely TC does not get a free pass because he doesn't sign the players ? Surely you are not saying that TC is doing a good job ?

I know this is a rumours site, so here goes, I've heard we're signing peter Lorimer in January! Shhhhh On other news we keep going on about tieing up our great players for a long time, what about the main one Gary Monk? Am I right in saying he only signed a 1 year deal? If so I think we could be in danger of losing him to a premier league club if we're. It careful, what are your thoughts?

Donny, I just logged on to say exactly the same, your beat me to it! I love Pontus, but monk has to be the priority to sign on a long contract, as I think there could be some Orem teams sniffing around him soon, such as Sunderland, maybe wba etc.

Think the pilot should be priority then barts. Monkey magic man will sign if we can get these two tied down. Pontus will make any manager/coach in this league look good. Not belittling monk at all there, think he's done a fantastic job so far but just saying Pontus is magic. It's almost as if he wears a magic hat. Think I might throw a brick at him to see what he does 😜.

Why doesn't MC appoint himself as the new coach/ manager? And when it all goes wrong again he can sack himself! because no one else seems to be good enough for him, just a thought 👊.

I Do believe it was time for U R to go and Evans would not be my first choice, Gus Poyet for me, but certain players are dire this year and this playing one striker routine again .

That’s how it should be, manager identifies the player the chairman does the deal, also the scouts identify potential and the manager says yey or ney, if not just get a coach in !

I said 2 years ago when boro made the play off final we n any team that's going to get promoted needs a leader like Ayala, then to my horror he was linked a cpl weeks ago to the wendies n I had to admit to a wednesdayite I work with that he is class, now we are linked with him please Raz do all you can to get him, the pilot 👩â€âœˆï¸ ant Ayala together would be class 👊ðŸ»

100% agree, from where we were to now . A bit crazy at times but wouldn't we all if you'd put ££££ millions in, he's been class tho this season and we owe him a lot !
