Hey Eds,

Dont have to put this on the site, just wondering if you could take the ads off that auto-play on every page, used to love browsing the site for hours but everytime I visit a page the videos play with full audio etc. So i'm pretty much never here now

Just wondering if you had any control over this?

Cracking job btw, will always pop by!

KentishWhite

{Ed001's Note - we don't have any control over that, though it is meant to remember if you turn the sound off and the next time you come on to the site it should be silent.}

1.) Try Adblock, works perfectly for me.

Doing well this half, thought hunt put a good enough shift in today.

Remember at school, when there was a kid so good in your year he'd play with the year above, then walk round you all when he dropped back down. that's Mccormack right now, even when he plays bad he's that much better

Fell asleep wish tv on last night, they were repeating the cellino interview every 15 mins, the one thing that stayed with me the whole call was either he is an awesome bullsh****r or he really does have the club as his main focus.

"The players know they are going to be paid because of the players they are. They are going to be paid. The big problem is what damage has been done to Leeds."

Either the guy has the best advisors in the world on what to say, or that statement on its own shows how commited MC is to the welfare of the club.

KentishWhite

1.) Think he is just very good at saying the right thing. Yes he has some passion and I feel he does genuinely want to help our club but I also feel there is a lot of bullpoo there too.

If this guy has already put £14 million of his own money into Leeds he can come out with all the bullpoo he can, some people probably took that amount of money OUT of Leeds.

I would urge patience with BMD, I know its what everyone else is saying but you can't say he has had a fair crack of the whip.

Alot of calls for Mowatt to start, I wouldn't, we did that with Byram last year and got stuck with Peltier for 6 months of this season.

People saying his transfers have been w**k, imagine being told you have money to spend, right up until the morning of the transfer, and that you can't tell anyone because the club will suffer bad press (Not saying it happened but hey, it could). At this point, who do you turn to, with 6 hours of window left,? Other than the *cough* most promising *cough* talent in league 1 (Smith), and a player that when last played for you, skinned most fullbacks on a weekly basis (giraffe legs). Admittedly we all would've loved to have had rhodes, mackail-smith etc sign in the summer, BMD probably targeted them and was told to go ahead by GFH only for them to say "no money" last minute, it's not like they've proven to be honest.

Oh, and i'm trying to pretend Cameron Stewart didn't happen :D

I'm pretty sure if he wasn't a hundred percent committed to his word he would have walked when Cellino sacked him before. The guy has planned for top flight football in 3 years right? has he even had one yet?

It's been bugging me all day, did anyone else see the football league quote "We and the Football League and the FA have worked closely to develop robust governance rules and they should be applied when appropriate."?

The key part to that bit is "where appropriate". The words didn't NEED to be added on to the end of the sentence atall, have the FA realise what mayhem they have begun and are setting themselves up for a decision reversal?

If not, someone should point out this is the least appropriate application of the new test they could have dreamed up.

Yeah I saw those messages, hard to know for sure their genuine but seem legit enough.

Fee might be a bit steep, but Mccormack and Smith are a pretty good combo, i'd prefer them to Chamakh and Puncheon anyday, whether MC will sell them might depend on how many imports we get. Best players are only the best until someone better comes along.

I can't believe this rumour has any legs whatsoever, I was a fan of Bradley when he was here, thought he could make the step up with ease, I was wrong.

He's struggled to get 90 mins at the worst team in the Premier League, not what we should be looking for.

Would no doubt prove a good purchase at this level, and is better than what we have, but would get shipped out as soon as we go up. No point changing the team after getting promoted, we need players now that will keep us in the prem, not just get us there

Footballers have bills as much as you, they may earn more than you but that just means they have larger expenses to pay, trust me, they will very much miss half of their wages.

Unfortunately in this current climate you would find it hard to find a player that plays for fans, at least above grass roots level. Players join clubs for money and to win stuff, simple as.

tbh I would find it a bit creepy if we got a Serie A player tomorrow who suddenly started kissing the badge (i'm already struggling to see how MC "fell in love with the fans" after we chased him out the ground in Jan. and why should we expect any specific loyalty from players that change their colors every 2/3 years anyway?

(PS I appreciate there are a few good eggs out there, this is merely a generelisation)

All over NewsNow too,

This could be massive.

Cellinos £££ and football club running know-how would be complemented with a safeguard if a few suit wearers had a small but competitive share in the decisions!

In the eyes of the court a group of men with Leeds at their hearts could be almost a shaparone.

In my eyes farnan is nothing more than a desperate money grabber trying to be big. He has no more leeds in his heart than GFHC, and should this deal pgo ahead, he and his partners will have to work hard to earn the respect that MC's Millions will provide him within days with a few smart ( and football stadium sized) purchases

And if Suarez was a free transfer tomorrow I would catch the train up tomorrw and pick him up, walk him round to lime street, buy him a kfc and escort him to LS11 myself.

He would waltz round every defence in this league twice inbetween each hatrick, we would be promoted within two years playing him and our youths. This division is nothing special, Leicester and Burnley are just less sh**e than the rest of us

:) He will next claim to be Sebastian Vettel's long-lost uncle or something when the red-bull rumours come round again (and again)

would imagine the FL took more substantial legal advice than wpedia!

IMO Cellino would be awesome in charge of the club, but it might be time to move on and focus on the next crook who wants the hot-seat

Would welcome cellino with both hands, maybe even a foot too.

MC taking ober would breathe instant stability into the club, wiping out a shed-load of debt that we can't afford right now!

Remember we don't need billions of pounds to get back to the promised land, our sheer number of fans will provide enough income, we just need someone to bring us back to 0 on the accounts page!
