So. what is Radz and our mighty board going to do about all this? Football always comes down to results. Would TC have done any worse than this - where is the improvement! This is making Cellino look good. School report might read "E5". rubbish quality and no effort. Oh when might we have a proper owner / management who know what that are doing!

Yep, you're right. there's no evidence Radz has a clue what he's doing, he now seems way out of his depth. Cellino did a real job on this guy. Do the right thing by the fans and sell on to a more appropriate custodian. And yourself a favour too before you the value plummets when in League One.

It seems Radz is now receiving real criticism from many quarters so, hopefully, good may come of this. Surely the time has come for more determined action and much better decision making. Talking a good game and not delivering does not go down well, and especially when being asked to pay very high ticket prices. The reality is you tend to get what you pay for - so i hope we cough-up for some proper players this summer and not BS the fans. Otherwise i think fans would have more respect for him if he recognised he was unlikely to be-able to deliver promotion within a reasonable time frame and sold the club to a wealthier entity. I think the fans deserve FAR more than they have been given this season.

Something has to be done. Radz is the main owner and it is beyond doubt that you generally get what you pay for; LUFC simply has to invest in quality players. This obviously requires the funds in the first place plus a skilful scout. And i suspect we have neither. If we had exceptional skill in scouting and managing then very occasionally a team can defy the odds if having modest funds. And it seems beyond doubt that we don't currently have that sort of skill in scouting. Quality players left (Wood, Taylor, amongst others) and simply were not replaced. And cracks seem to appearing in Board management, if perhaps that is less obvious than scouting for now. This is not looking good - something has to be done.

Totally agree, something has to be done. Guess it hard for fans to take as we were top of div after 12 games and we didn’t look like conceding and had attacking flair. What huge difference from first 12 games to last 12 games of season.

Whilst obviously unpleasant i wonder if a proper thrashing by Wolves could be the catalyst for Radz and the board to make fundamental change? The status quo looks untenable to me. Either Orta is crap at his job or Radz has been giving him peanuts to work with. One of these has to change for me.

Well done, Radz. this is MUCH more like it! Paying-up for quality (instead of lots of 'cheap' nonsense) has to be the right strategy. Let's hope there's £50m or so now to replace most of the current team. Looks as though there is now hope for probably the first time in about 10yrs!

Sounds to me as though Radz/the Board need to be crystal clear as to why the team's results and their attitude has imploded. Is it Radz/the Board's own attention in the media making them look like monkeys which embarrasses and demotivates the players? Is Hecky a fundamentally weak coach/manager causing the players not to respect him and become very demotivated (many have said how the likes of Saiz seem to have gone backwards) ? Are some of the players simply just not good enough and need upgrading? Or, of course, it could quite easily be all three factors. in which case LUFC is well and truly fk'd. Virtually every club in the Premiership are now light years ahead of us. It is hard to believe that we WERE on a par with the Top6, certainly Top10, of the Premiership for a very long time and now this is a pipe dream.

Yep, Radz is increasingly looking like a proper fool. And in the process is, once again, harming the name of Leeds United. Think we have Cellino Mark2 on our hands. At this rate his position could become untenable - or is that wishful thinking!

After Radz's major rant about Wolves and letter to the FA has there been an official response and clarification of the issues raised? Radz seems quiet since then (a good thing imo! ) . I still believe if the board/management don't really know what they are doing then this hardly instills confidence/respect down the line.
