According to social media Eduardo Cellino has allegedly informed a follower that Leeds will be in for Cagliari players Astori, Ibarbo and Adryan in the summer
All three are probably Cagliari's best players
That would be amazing but I highly doubt they will come to us
Cellino states in the messages the TO should be done Monday
1.) The TO news backs up Survivors post, let's hope it's right. As for the players, you can only try. let's wait and see. Intresting times ahead, hope that it's what we all expect and not another garden path we are all going down. Please not again. I for one will be checking every news channel and this site hoping for the FL approval confirmation. Onwards and upwards.

4.) There are ways around FFP
One being loaning quality players instead of outright purchases
I'm sure Cellino's idea of purchasing fixed assetts in the club ie ER and TA will also aid us in player recruitment hence why he wants to buy them straight away
Not to mention he says he will write debt off which makes us technically start afresh and there shouldn't be cash flor issues next season as we will have season ticket money, no ground or training facility costs and 8 players out of contract
The guy isn't stupid
5.) Speaking of out of contract, Cagliari have 6-7 players out of contract in summer, some decent ones too. I'm sure they will have turned their heads towards this direction after their owner came here :)

Ibarbo would cost 15mil+ and I believe Adryan is on loan from Flamengo. Stop playing FIFA.
7.) Of course all these calgari players will be wanted by Mcdermott. (Thats if he is still here) Hope this doesn't turn in to a QPR situation!
8.) Would be great, but seriously doubt it. Ibarbo is being linked with Inter, Juventus and Barcelona.

15.) Loaning a player does not get round FFP, unless you do not pay him or his parent club for his services. Say a player joins LUFC from Real Madrid on season long loan, there will be a cost of that loan, say a million for the season, then LUFC would need to fund the players wage, this as an absolute minimum is 33% of his club salary, so if salary is 30K a week, LUFC have to find 10K a week for 40 weeks, so already that's 1.5million, for a not "The best" player., multiply that by 5 loans, and that's the 8 million that "THIS SEASON" a club can overspend ( Next season its 5 million ). See as things stand LUFC will have an overspend this season already.

Rules state pro players can't bet on any competition which the player has been involved in, that be championship, FA Cup or League Cup in Blackstocks instance
This could quite easily be just a wager on an FA Cup fixture

As great as this would be I doubt it with the mgr situation there someone coming in and simply letting folk go out on loan when he hasn't assessed the squad.

Where have you been for the last 14 months.
I imagine the prospect of paying off Macron will cost a small fortune and starting with a new kit manufacturer wouldn't make financial sense . Unless Adidas/Nike pay over the odds I can't see it happening . Either way Macron will have something in the small print re cancellation
