Awful but still got 3 points. Sign off a good team that. Onwards and upwards. Happy enough to be in top 6 at Xmas. Plenty off points to gain before feb tough run off games. By then our confidence by sky high and will have no fear off any teams. And our blip is long gone with teams around us still too have theirs as every team does through a season. âš½ï¸âš½ï¸ðŸŽ…ðŸ»ðŸŽ„ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

Much improved performance today all over the pitch. We played the pretty stuff at the right times but we also put s boot through it today when we had to which is where we've come unstuck recently. Vieria was excellent today along side O'Kane and thought the more advanced role suited Phillips - well done TC and the boys ðŸ‘ðŸ»

Got to say Berardi is a disgrace. No place for headbutting in football, broke Taylor's nose. He can expect a long ban, he has let the whole team and club down.

The formation looks better with the players used today. Taylor was looking to get beradi sent off. Yea he achieved it but backfired on him too. Saw Jannson react with their bench. Shame he hasn't had that much passion on the field lately.

Taylor will think twice about going looking for something that he can't handle next time! There maybe no room for that in football but if someone came at me the way Taylor did then they should expect to receive something

If we don't have a decent LB why don't we try playing without one? Give 3-5-2 or 3-5-1-1 a go? Sure Ayling could play RWB while Alioski has played LWB for his country hasn't he? Bet Dallas could do a job at LWB too. An extra body in CM may stop us getting outmuscled so easily in some games. Also, why not give Anita a go in CM, that's the position he's best known for isn't it?

Jansson's recovery from a hamstring injury within a matter of days was impressive. Anyone would think he made it up on Saturday!

no way this was the third incendent since he signed propely for us in jan, so more than one a month, maybe this is why he got sold for a small fee for how good he is and why others didn't want him, hope saints still want him come end of season love to see him for for around 12-15 million also hope the song stops getting sung no one person is bigger than leeds he needs to know this, also wrong that many have slated taylor but sing about pontus when imo what pontus has done is far worse

What Pontus did was wrong and he was reprimanded for it however Monk was starting to put his principles before the team which is equally not acceptable

Should be pointed out BW that we only got Pontus because of his troubles with injuries, think Leeds fans are so used to issues with players that we go looking these days. If its an problem with ego then I really have no problem with it, as long as they deliver, let's be fair some of the best players to walk onto a pitch have that attitude, but for me its all been blown way out of proportion, he has a well documented injury proneness, we took him as a risk, when fit he generally repays that faith.

hold on, I am a big pontus fan, great player him and bartley best cb pairing in the league and certainly good enough for prem. but some have suggested monk is in the wrong or that this should be ignored. What happened to this no man is bigger than the team or the club?
it may be injuries why we got him cheap it might be attitude, we know monk has dropped him twice then we know he pulled himself from the squad leaving us in the lurch against reading we know he played well few days before for country and we know he recovered for next game few days later.
I think everything points towards attitude problems, most fans do not stand for this, if he was mc signing or one of the few a while back (italian 6) he would be slaughtered look at taylor getting slaughtered for not signing a new contract but what pontus is doing is worse in my opinion.
Personally I hope it resolves as he is class personally I hope monk bends over backwards to get him playing until end of season as we need him, but this goes against my principles and what message does that send out to sqaud.
Part of me hopes we go up and sell him for good fee. Part of me thinks a poorer player who is 100% leeds is better than a great player who is 100% for himself as pontus seems to be. This said 200% wants promotion and I see this better with pontus playing.
A Doncaster rovers legend said to me principles and ethics are great if you can afford them and at the moment i don't think leeds or monk can afford them but that don't make it right, just makes it necessary and I hope the magic hat song stops on principle.

Can understand him not picking Vieira as he’s been awful recently but to be honest so have O’Kane and Philips. Forshaw should have started but toss a coin for who should have been along side him as not one of the other 3 is producing at the moment.

I agree this squad will need additions to be able to cope on the PL but let's be honest, how many of Huddersfield's squad would you have named as being able to cope in the PL but they aren't doing that bad at the mo. You never know who may surprise us!

We were poor in the first half and a decent team may have put us to bed. However, whatever TC said at half time clearly worked. Roofe seems a different player upfront. He can look disinterested on the wing and twice in the first half yesterday Ayling had a go at him for pulling out of challenges. Up front though he looks a different player. He seems much more confident and he keeps scoring so think he should be given his chance to stay there. Cibicki impressed me too yesterday. He worked hard and put in some good balls too after he came on so hopefully that'll give him confidence to push on. The defence were solid enough yesterday and although QPR had a few balls into the box Felix didn't have a save to make (which was good) until AFTER his blunder (which was awful) All in all a decent away day and made the journey back to Leeds a better one than I'd been fearing at half time

Have I understood this correctly - we play with a left wing but not a right? That should solve the problem of goals against us coming down that side!
