Bianchi Sloth and Doukara apparently want to leave. would you miss them?

LeedsSurrey

1.) 21 Jan 2015 18:11:42
think it depends on whether we can keep byram, sloth has looked good as for S D blows hot and cold .
Think that's been are biggest problem all season with a number of players .

2.) 21 Jan 2015 19:00:50
Except Sloths agent said not two days ago!

3.) 21 Jan 2015 21:31:42
I remember seeing an article on this and my understanding was that they had said they would want to go if Cellino leaves the club. Since this is only basically a suspension for him I don't think they will force a move unless he decides to sell during that period. As for would I miss any of them? look Doukara is young, can switch off and gets pushed around at times for a big guy, but he is still only 22/23? and has good control and finishing when he turns it on, will get better so keep for me. Sloth needs a few games but new system should suit him so keep. Bianchi can go though, sloppy passing and tackling. He is wanted by clubs in Italy and hopefully N'Goyi is inbound.

4.) 22 Jan 2015 10:12:12
Nope!

5.) No and put bellendusci with me!

6.) 22 Jan 2015 17:45:57
Gummie I totally agree with your take on SD and you are correct in the fact that the comment was made in relation to M C leaving .
Think he could become a great player as I mentioned before some of are players seem to have a great game followed by bad one .

7.) 23 Jan 2015 15:44:22
Bianchi . No - League 2 player at best

Doukara - No - as much pace as an arthritic carthorse

Sloth - probably. has some potential.

8.) 24 Jan 2015 21:01:01
Yes all 3, all shown they have potential amd unfortunately no confidence, bad leadership and not in right formation/positions

9.) 01 Feb 2015 16:03:29
saw this a few weeks ago but didn't think to reply however having thought about it I wouldn't mind allowing doukara going to another club in England on loan to let him find his feet. bianchi isn't cut out for English football, he's too soft. sloth though. wouldn't be happy to see him leave tbh I think he still has something to prove at the club but breaking the team atm is a long shot though so again I would probs like to see him loaned out to find his feet.

BREAKING: Hockaday stays

LeedsSurrey

1.) What a joke! our once great team is fast becoming a laughing stock so if we get beat by Bradford hockaday still stays OMG

2.) Dont know why he not going to be sacked

3.) Doesn't deserve to be sacked. Fair play Cellino, admitting that he is too blame

4.) I said this before you can't sack a man who is sackless

5.) Martyn
Look back on your previous comment and reply before calling other people SACKLESS!

6.) 24 Aug 2014 20:53:55
He will go soon enough. This is a warning shot. He will be gone by late September IMO.

7.) Why pay 600k for a defender then stick him on the bench, beyond belief

8.) Firstly. hockaaday was very pleased with our 4-1 defeat. does that bode well?

2ndly smitchell8 doesn't deserve to be sacked fair play cellimp admitting that he is to blame. yes for hireing hockaday keeping him is worse two wrongs don't make a right.

lastly. fans of leeds you have two choices. MC was posied to sack hockaday. you can support hockaday and see if that helps us get points (it hasn't so far) of you can kick up a fuss, boo, chant all game long and try and force MC's already posied hand. one will help leeds get points the other wont. Hockaday out whoever supports hock now is just wrong and doesn't want what is best for leeds. the man is a joke he is happy to lose 4-1 force MC's hand make hockaday's position untenerable. you can all do it. get on hocks back 90 minutes of slagging the man for what he is will force MC to correct the mistake he has addmited he has made

9.) Booing will not help anything in anyway, MC has made fair comment, you can't judge Hock until he has had a decent chance to know players & work with them. which players are his regular starting line up, he can't know that until spending is finished this window. MC we know doesn't suffer fools so please giive things a bit more time to see if Hock can pick a regular starting eleven and stick with a formation.

10.) I judge hock on what he has done before leeds and during time in leeds. both not good enough hock out don't see any other argument for it, do we have to get beat by bradford for you all to boo, do we have to get religated? at forest green they hated him must be for a reason? let's not wait long enough to really pay price, we have already seen the hock in action. that said I agree with him I was also very pleased with our 4-1 defeat hock speaks sense

11.) Andy what previous comment would that be? Mind you I was shocked reading one of yours saying you have said all along that the hock was out of his depth? Rich coming from the president of the dave hockaday appreciation sociaty

12.) I for one are happy he stays. Does anyone think we were going to win all our games? what we got 11 in 17 out the first few months were always going to be tough.

However I do agree playing Austin Murphy and tonge in the centre didn't work last year and it is not working this year. That surely has to change.

Was his substitutions wrong I think bit of damed if he did damed if he didnt.

his idea of going to a 4 4 1 was sound in principle just was never going to work with that 3 in midfield. However if he had gone for a 3 4 2 and lost we would be still on his case.

I said I would give him 10 games and that's what we all need to do.

Just because we don't believe in him he still deserves our support at least for 10 games.

13.) Booing makes all the difference. far more than cheering, cheer we will still get turned over. boooing and getting on hock's back let's MC know he is losing the fans, no chairman can lose fans. it will force MC's hand and make MC think about his next appointment as he knows we will not suffer fools gladly somthing a few of you seem happy to do. Hock is out of depth. He failed in none league with the biggest budget in the league. If he was good at forest green I would say give him a chance but he wasn't forest green hate him and got him sacked (by chanting hock out all game) when are leeds fans going to wake up and see the same. no point giving someone a chance when they have nothing to make anyone think he has a chance. Seems very navie and stupid to me. supporting hock or saying give him time is as silly as giving him the job. might as well just say leeds lose heavy every week until he goes. save your ticket money

14.) Martyn you wrote a comment on the banter page yesterday
"how can you even back him now AndyMOT?"

IF YOU READ my comments carefully you will see I ALWAYS said get behind MC, LUFC and the HOCK when the season starts and give everyone a chance.
If he's not good enough MC will show him the door.
I NEVER said the Hock was a good coach and NEVER said I wanted him. I said he was our coach and to give him a chance (as anyone that's hired deserves)

READ CAREFULLY THEN THINK BEFORE YOU PRINT MATE

15.) Martyn
Please feel free to show me when I praised the Hock!
You will find me praising MC for saving us from Admin but not the hock my friend.

Regards AndyMOT
MCs appreciation society president ;)

16.) MC said going from Calgari to Leeds was like going from a Fiat to a Ferrari, unfortunately he has a bloke in charge who has only ever driven an X reg Corsa.

17.) To stick up for andy mot he has always said he didn't rate hock just said give him time. although I don't agree with give him time. also anyone thinking hock should be at our club more than past lunch time today go on popular video uploade website. me-tube. and look up forest green fans hockaday abuse well worth a watch and got some handy chants for us to cheer at every game till hock goes

18.) Just hope we start playing our best players. This excuse of we need proven championship players is bull. Who was that team who played with all Mali players they did pretty well. Good players play Austin Murphy and Tonge don't know how to play

19.) Cheers B
Thanks for reading my posts thoroughly ;)

Personally B I think the writings on the wall for Hock after MCs comments on sunday, I think he didn't sack him as he has NO replacement at hand and didn't want to rock the boat this early in the season. Once a replacement is sourced then i'm afraid its BONJOUR (as delboy) would say ;)

20.) Andy before you accuse me of not reading texts properly put your glasses on mate because saying you can't sack someone who is sackless is an old saying for some one who is thick and it was intended as a joke but obviously the sackless ones must of misinterpreted it you might be better concentrating on building up your fan base of the hock fan club than picking fault with everything I put because it seems to me you obviously have a problem with me!

21.) Day one I said hock was wrong and you jumped down my throat to defend him so that's when you backed him Andy, I understand give him a chance but obviously I set my sights higher than you ;)

22.) I was been sarcastic Andy if you hadn't noticed I think hock is a complete waste of space at this level

23.) 26 Aug 2014 19:30:42
the great man ( ha ha ) said chatted with cm about the future we all it brown nosing he must know he's gone he even said big game wed against bradford big for who we know it should be easy 4/5 nil but pressure on him perhaps best for all we loss then great he's gone

23 Aug 2014 18:38:25
Many will be pleased to know that Phil Hay has just reported that Hockaday is expected to be sacked

LeedsSurrey

1.) There is a god just a shame it's taken this long as we might have had more points on the board, any ideas who you would like to replace him?

2.) Tony pulis

21 Aug 2014 17:40:19
Casper Sloth linked with Leeds

LeedsSurrey

1.) 21 Aug 2014 18:21:15
With a name like that should fit straight into our midfield 😆😆

2.) Classy player, if we Adryan with Van the man Bianchi Mowatt Cook and a couple of young ones coming through our midfield starts to look promising. The two year deals do seem to be in line with Massimos plan of Premiership in two years then if not good enough they go, if not happy with new contract they go, no hassle of carrying deadwood into premiership. I don't think we have to have wingers if we have someone like Sterling who can play across the back of the front line, someone with pace and Sloth has it. I think we finally will get rid of last years team, Lovin it MOT

3.) Hey you guys

4.) There's too many sloths in our team as it is.

Bid for cooper rejected, apparently in the 450,000 region, is this guy worth it?

LeedsSurrey

1.) We have move on from Cooper after second bid was rejected.

2.) On os, interest now ended, no further bids.

3.) Coopers contract ends at the end of this coming season, then we can have him for nothing, that's the plan.

I think Cellino is out of order. Maybe Byram would have signed on if the contract wasn't demanding a reduction in wage! I don't know many footballers that would sign a new contract for a lesser wage. Now Cellino going public is unprofessional.

LeedsSurrey

1.) 23 Sep 2015 21:21:04
Byram hasn't exactly put effort in this season which is also unprofessional just because he wants to move

2.) 23 Sep 2015 22:11:09
Opta stat shows that Byram has created the most chances for Leeds this season. I wouldn't call that not putting in any effort.

3.) 23 Sep 2015 22:15:41
Cellino, is the one in the wrong here, making this public. let's face facts no player would want his agent to negotiate a pay cut,any agent doing so would find himself sacked.Would anyone on here take a pay cut if your boss asked you?

4.) 23 Sep 2015 22:51:27
lesser wage. you sure? also MC can not win. when this club was all cloak and dagger people moaned that fans kept in dark. now we have mr honest and out in the open people complain that Mc is being too honest and open. what can the poor man/savoiur do? SB has always been little overrated for me. get him to sign or make him rot. that is what all players who refuse to sign should happen. no other job would stand for it. and he ain't even played that well for a good year

5.) 23 Sep 2015 22:56:35
Re SB,he doesn't have to take our offer and we don't have to pay him what he thinks he is worth. If we pay too much for 1 player then others will ask for more and we as a club get into trouble again, so I am happy we as a club take this stance.

We all knew SB was going anyway as it is his right to want prem football, just don't ask us to pay over the odds. I am not upset he has done well for us, we should sell in January but his stock is falling a bit as form not great this year so will be interesting who really comes in for him and at what price.

If MC invests the cash then I am fine with the whole thing, players move all the time it no biggie really.
Of course people will try and bring up stuff if SB gets dropped but there is a good chance of that if his form does not pick up when Will B comes and the Wiz gets up to speed. I'm sure people will say MC picks team if SB dropped but that is just lazy thinking, look at his current form and he is due to be dropped soon I think, nowt to do with contract failed talks.

6.) 24 Sep 2015 00:23:59
The thing is dG, we didn't offer to pay him over the odds. Reports say his wage is in the 12k region, and we were asking him to take a pay cut. In reference to BW, I like it when he is open about stuff, but it is unprofessional to hang one of your players out to dry in public.

How do you think this will affect team morale? And as a player would you trust Cellino? I was a big Cellino supporter at first but I'm beginning to think he could be detrimental to our progression and the atmosphere of Leeds. It's very telling this outburst happens immediately after Pearson departs.

7.) 24 Sep 2015 07:18:09
How hass he hung him out to dry. We all know byram has not signed his contract and wants to go to a bigger premier club for more money. The contract would have been same as his team mates. Pay cut? Maybe not with bonuss. Agreed cellino could be less dramatic in his interviews but he only stated what we all knew and now he has made it clear to all that byram is for sale get your offers in, hìghest bidder

8.) 24 Sep 2015 07:20:46
Surely celllino is the one who brought this atmosphere back to elland road .Imagine if ghf was still in charge. He was the only one who put his money in and has spent over 7-10 million on players .We're never all going to agree with every decision he makes or what team selections uwe makes, but that's football.

9.) 24 Sep 2015 07:27:19
I agree with everybody above!

10.) 24 Sep 2015 09:52:47
I agree with Aussie!

11.) 24 Sep 2015 10:24:58
Jealous of you ausman. I need to find a comfy fence to sit on

12.) 24 Sep 2015 11:51:35
Good posts. I think the point here is the agent ridiculed Leeds as a place being too small for Byram. Byram and his agent clearly have England ambitions (but not on current form Sam). It was this not money demands which provoked Cellino outburst.

13.) 24 Sep 2015 12:11:31
Def looks like it's the agent who is the main problem here - and we know what MC thinks of agents. But as always, we will never know what's actually true. Just wish Sam would recover his form over the next 3 months, and then will wish him good luck

15 Sep 2015 22:18:29
Very disappointed that Adam Pearson has left and we've suffered our first defeat. I was optimistic but I'm starting to say it's the same stuff, different season.

LeedsSurrey

1.) 15 Sep 2015 22:37:05
Will we ever find out the real reason Adam Pearson has gone? I doubt it. it just goes from bad to worse at ER.

2.) 15 Sep 2015 22:41:10
I feel Pearson's departure will only lead to the former chaos. As for the football, I think we will beat MK simply because it is away, but why can we suddenly not play at home? that is worrying!

01 Sep 2015 21:15:13
Why is there so much speculation about Byram? Maybe he is settled and will sign a contract at end of season?

LeedsSurrey

1.) 02 Sep 2015 00:12:27
Pigs will fly. His agent controls him. Average players are employees. Very good players and young prospective internationals especially are tradeable assets who are lured into giving up significant control over their future for the sake of big £ signs for their agents. Come New Year's Day I believe SB agent can start legitimate dialogue with other clubs directly. You think that opportunity will be missed? Even if it is only used as a bargaining chip for a better contract at Leeds but we can't compete with 35k a week anyway. He will go at end of season now. All SB twitter talk of loving the shirt is smokescreen. He don't love it enough to sign for 15k a week and the point is he can't. Only promotion makes him stay with us.

2.) 02 Sep 2015 07:44:23
Spot on George.

MM

3.) 02 Sep 2015 09:57:15
I have to agree with you George Byram will be gutted not to have achieved is dream move to the Premeir League and that big wage packet. He will be gone next season but for now he will have to put all that behind him knuckle down and start to play football like he can otherwise he he is going to spend a lot of the time warming the subs bench

4.) 02 Sep 2015 10:48:01
I do agree with you guys ,but if I walked up to you and offered to double or treble your wages for doing the same job what would you do?
Maybe he will go in the Jan window!
These or this is a young lad who will have an agent talking wonders in his ear ,and we all know how many players have gone in the last number of years and have ended up doing there career more harm than good .

5.) 02 Sep 2015 20:14:18
None of us have any idea what his mindset is. Everyone said he'd leave last summer and this summer but he hasn't. Maybe he hasn't committed to a new contract because when he was offered it the club was an absolute circus. Maybe he wants to see out the season and if there is more stability he'll sign on?

09 Aug 2015 00:34:12
Only caught the first half and a bit of the second but from what I saw I was pleasantly surprised and encouraged. The team aged with a high tempo and intensity, Dallas looks like he can beat a man, Byram looked good. Bellusci was putting in a shift. We were playing a good team who are probably expecting promotion, so happy days. What a goal antenucci as well

LeedsSurrey

1.) 09 Aug 2015 09:49:57
great goal wood missed to many bellusci gave a free header in closing minutes .good thing it is something to build on should of won but goals win not hard luck stories .god morison scored well in league one where he belongs

2.) 09 Aug 2015 15:08:30
The problem with Wood is that he needs a bit more game time .
I think we should go 4-4-2 and have Ant up front with him .
Dallas played well ,cook a bit quiet so lots of pluses and minuses.
It's a bit early to be to picky!and Burnley are not going to be a push over so 1-1 was a far result .

04 Aug 2015 16:23:06
I think we need a few new signings, loan just for depth. Would quite like a back up RB, one or two wingers and one more striker.

LeedsSurrey

1.) 04 Aug 2015 16:55:40
RB is certainly not a position we need cover. Berardi, Byram to slot back if need be, Coyle and dare I say Wooton. Another winger such as Buckley or Barker would be most useful. So far as another striker is concerned, Rosler will evaluate and decide next month what extra cover he wants. I wouldn't be surprised if we go back in for Barker now with us having acquired Dallas, a winger of our own.

2.) 04 Aug 2015 19:56:34
good to get another winger but as I said before if we do who do we drop? my personal choice would be a good center back (like as good as the wonder man wooten) then I would say team done really

3.) 05 Aug 2015 05:40:05
Buckley would have to vie with Byram. Great bench option.

This could be a ploy to stop the agent making too many demands, it seems with cellino you can only be sure once the player has signed the contract , reckon a move could still happen

To be honest Ross hasn't fallen on his face, just secured a move to a team that look in good stead to go back up. We are a bit all over the place but as a club we've got loads of potential to get back up because we have the support
