Salerno wants Raul Bobadilla from Augsburg in the Bundesliga. Looking to get a loan in January with a view to a permanent int the summer.

Can we sign players on loan if we're under a transfer embargo?

2.) Is he the cousin of Godzilla!?

3.) Is he the type of player we want also? He is a trouble maker that has a serious reputation in Germany and Switzerland. Close lining an opponent after 7 minutes, speeding well over the speed limit and verbally abusing officials on camera. Classed as a bully too

He looks rather chunky in his wpedia pic

5.) I read that we may be able to sign players if there is no fee and their wages are under £10,000 per week. I don't know if that is correct, I only saw it somewhere

{Ed003's Note - If I've got this right - a free agent can be signed if it is to replace a player leaving so the squad size can remain the same but the player signing has to be on the same or less wages than the player who has left - In theory deals could be being arranged now for players contracts to be cancelled and replacements lined up - basically a big game of swap shop could be going on if players leaving know they will be signed by another team(any monies involved in cancelling contracts wouldn't show until next years accounts when the ffp will have changed anyway) but then again I'm a cynic lol.}

6.) Work it out from this.

The clubs will still be allowed to sign players in January if they have 24 or fewer players over the age of 21 who have made at least five starting appearances for the club in total.

Any of these signings must not cost the club a transfer fee and must cost less than £600,000 a year.

Clubs with 24 or more players fitting the criteria will be allowed to trade players on a 'one out, one in' basis.

In addition:

•Clubs under an FFP embargo will be permitted to sign a goalkeeper on an emergency basis, in line with existing regulations.
•Clubs under an FFP embargo will not be permitted to pay transfer fees or compensation fees for professional players.
•Clubs under an FFP embargo will not be permitted to pay a loan fee to another club, they may only pay the player's wage, or a contribution towards it.
•For incoming players, clubs can only pay agents' fees as a benefit in kind to the player in question, as long as they do not exceed the £600,000 employee costs limit.

7.) True things will change, But will it be better or worse for LUFC.

See here.
