Heard a rumor from a good source that the only reason Ady White was out in the cold for so long is his contract would activate a pay rise after so many appearances, as we all know G.F.H. could'nt afford to pay? sound quit plausible if this is true.
1.) The reason Aidy White was out in the cold for so long is because he's crap. Simple.
2.) At least having no money produced some benefit if White would have been selected otherwise. He has played recently and showed his lack of quality. Too easily pushed off the ball, runs into cul de sacs and doesn't use his pace well and cannot cross consistently well. Just one point about his so called pace. Did any one notice on Saturday when White was 'sprinting' with the ball the Derby wide man giving him a couple yards start and then catching him up and passing him at what looked like a canter? White showed promise as a left back but never seemed to recover from being destroyed by Arsenal at Elland road a few seasons back and was substituted at half time - same game when Kisnorbo was injured. Pity as he seemed to be coming along under Naylors guidance. No progress since then.
3.) Heard exactly the same only it was Diouf but think he arrived on a free so maybe his wages went up after so many appearances, everybody knocking BMDs team selections and we ONLY know half of what he's been going through ;(
4.) Can't see it - however, playing him might activate a speedy headless chicken who (I believe) will be on his way this summer.
5.) Also heard that from his dad.
white & his dad(agent)were held to ransom by gfh. gfh tried to force white out of the door to save wages & white refused, saying he wanted to fight for his place.

Your rite daz, they apparently pulled him in and told him he was going to Blackpool but gfh went about the wrong way in a lot of ways, bullying tactics etc
7.) Has got great pace but he's useless can't defend,,,, can't go past anyone and get his cross in,,,,, cerise,,,
8.) Connor Wickham looked useless playing for us, perhaps it is the manager
9.) White is a damn sight better than most of those BM has favoured this season. I still think he could make a decent left back. As for GFH, the less said about those cretins the better! Chapel A
10.) Wrote a lengthy post about Aidy White this time last year when he had some interest in him and suggested then exactly as I'm suggesting, now.
He's a wingback that can neither defend nor cross the ball so I don't really see the point of him. He's not a left back as he hasn't the physical presence.
Not a winger as he can't cross.
Maybe he might have some limited use somewhere toward the front if by some bizarre accident we were allowed to field 12 men but, I just don't see the point of him.
He can run with the ball, has some pace and can pop in the odd goal so I'm sure some league 1 or 2 team might be interested in sticking him in a role just off a towering CF but, he's pretty pointless in the Championship and above.
Get rid to whomever thinks he's worth a punt.
11.) Agree Chapel A - Lot better than some that BM has used and certainly contributed to the better second half performance against Derby!

Leeds United sale talks advance as GFH seeks cash. #LUFC
Leeds United manager, Neil Warnock could soon find himself working for a third set of owners in one season. The Championship club are close to being taken over for the second time in a little over two months after a round of negotiations between the current owners, Gulf Finance House, and a consortium fronted by the former Hull City chairman Adam Pearson. According to sources, a Share Purchase Agreement was drawn up between the two parties last week in preparation for a scheduled completion meeting.
The transaction for a majority shareholding could be completed this week. Pearson, who plans to take day-to-day control after any takeover, will buy a percentage of the shares himself, but principal funding comes from a Saudi Arabian investor.
The Saudi interest in Leeds is long-standing with efforts made to purchase the club before GFH gained control. A wealthy American businessman, Preston Haskell, came close to completing a deal for Leeds last year but backed out when Bates attempted to change the terms of the investment.
GFH, a Bahraini bank, bought Leeds from Ken Bates in late December. Leeds United said yesterday that the club 'continues to be interested in appropriate co-investment and have been approached by various third parties' but would 'not confirm or comment on the nature of any such conversations or the participants involved'.

2.) Pearson posted on SS site and Hull FC rugby site that the rumours aren't true and he is fully committed to the rugby club. wouldn't be the first time a businessman has denied being involved until a deal is completed, although if he is staying at Hull then looks like it could just be paper talk.
Hopefully will be true, Pearson seems like a decent bloke and would love to see him back at Leeds as we need somebody like him

d.h. is history, he is not in a position to complete any fool can work that out, on the plus side lucas and his associates will move in early next week but unfortunately not in time for any transfers in. the new owners are real leeds fans and will invest big style next season, we will get back in the big time in the next 2 years and hold our own in the prem. mark my words.

lets face the facts, d.h. has lost the plot, he hasn't got the backing from the investors he claims.
he is scampering round looking for financial backing. he's skint he's made silly claims to andy flowers to get him on board and it's backfired on him, flowers is well pissed off.
he can't complete because he is financially embarrassed. he has his own money but not enough.
can you see the resemblance to the g.f.h. debacle, this takeover is going down the pan as we read. come clean haigh and tell the truth, let the other takeover group who you blocked and now are trying to get in your group move in and complete before its too late for the jan. transfer market

am sick of everybody moaning about this and that, put diouf in the side he's the best footballer at the club bar non, he's cool and can make things happen.
bmd tactic are to be questioned, as soon as we lose possession we fall back to the 18 yd box and fail to pick up the opposition, we need defenders who know how to defend, buy full backs and a c/b put byram as a holding midfield and dump austin, you moan about varney, brown etc but they sweat blood for the shirt wake up ffs stop looking tgrough rose tinted glasses we are poor because half the players have no love for the club or shirt.
i hope bmd can turn things round because leeds are my life and always will be, it's not a business it's my live breath
