Currie, MB has taken an average group of players, with a few exceptions, way above expectations. His coaching is reflected in the possession stats. The players are not good enough, the squad was too weak, this is down to Rads not investing, one or two players in January, who could have converted the chances and we would have won the league by 10 points. If investment in better players is not forthcoming in the summer, MB might go, because I don't know if he could get any more out of this group. Plus Rads also made a massive mistake when he said play offs were the target, when it came to the nitty gritty of the last four games 3 points ahead the players thought they had done enough rather than push themselves over the line. They thought we have achieved the target set for us . Rads has made 2 massive mistakes this season which has cost him the big premier league money and the added money for what the club would be worth as a premier league team . He saved a few million in not investing in January and it has cost him £175 m in premier league money and £250 m in additional value for the club ( if you say Leeds as a prem club would be worth similar to the barcodes at £300m) . Very poor and costly mistakes from a person who is supposed to be an astute business man.

disagree the league has been poor and many good teams have underperformed don't tell me sheff utd and norwich have a better sqaud of players they have just performed better

even if we don't have the best sqaud we should be beating ten man ipsiwch and wigan. truth is MB doesn't know english football and has not been able to handle it or come up with a soluition.

he has been flawed in selection and tactics and been slow to adress the failings in the team which has cost us. monk was great when things went his way and we played good football under monk but he fell short. at this point in time i can not see the difference between monk and mb, considering monk had a weaker team and a harder league.

Agree with most of that. I was disappointed we did not add more in the Jan window as it was obvious then we needed cover in certain areas. James was a must and should have been done in a day not haggled over. Not sure you can blame Radz for drop in form that's down to Bub and players, but the guy who sent Pearce and Coyle out on loan without a call back clause needs to see a shrink. Its not over yet though and we need to get behind the lads and hope they can show their best form.

Bermo, against Wigan and Ipswich, we missed two penalties that could well have won both games! Is that Bielsas fault? I think three managers in this league have done great jobs with the squads they had and they finished 12 and 3! What Bielsa has brought to the club through his experience, and personality is something that Monk never could. Monk has gone, onwards and upwards.

spanish details of every game are out of the managers control but if you are asking the fact that we lost to poor teams all season (wigan, qpr twice, brum twice, hull, blackburn, ipsiwich) then yes it is the managers fault. he can't take pens but he can set up a team to not conceed against poor teams, to make sure the only team ipswich put three past is us and make sure we do better against poor teams. so yes mb is at fault, to blame, been unable to adapt and correct and poor amoungst other things in the fact we are soft touch against teams fighting relegation, 'here lads we are in a relgation scrap' don't worry fellas we got leeds on saturday;

spanish you are one of the most positive fans on here and you clearly know football well but surely you can not defend MB when coming up against bottom 8 championship side

mb has brought some great football he has also brought some laughable results. end of the day if we don't go up it is just the same old leeds falling apart again, just this time the manager is sitting on a bucket not a chair.

monk has gone onwards and upwards just not sure right now if mb is the man to do that unless he learns from this season and does what he has never done before. adapt

the definition of madness is doing the same thing and expecting different reults. thin line between genius and madness. right now not sure what side of the line Mb sits.

Leeds1970; agreed, some on here will today wake up and smell the coffee, Radz has little money, yes he has done good for the clubs and he may be a nice man, but unfortunately he bought a football club not a corner shop, Football clubs bleed money and unless he has the funds to invest I can’t see us in the PL for sometime.

That sums a lot of the 2nd half of the season Bermo, doing the same thing by picking under performing players over and over again and expecting different outcomes, winger who has scored 3 goals and made 3 assists in over 40 games ain’t up to the standard required! An average wide midfield player trying to play left back, when you have a defender Berardi sitting on the bench amazes me . As much as I think MB is a great/ good manager and the team have overachieved and may it continue through the play offs, surely a statistician would show the manager where the weaknesses are! The saving grace is the so called lesser teams who don’t attack us but sit back giving us possession we struggle to break down, the teams who come out and play we do well against, unless Derby change tactics we’ll beat them, then anything is possible . MOT.
