It gets pretty annoying, last 2 seasons they got penalties against us, same with Man City they got both and we had players sent off. and who can forget “fergie time” 6 or 7 mins of injury time when they needed a goal, I had hoped some of the favouritism would stop when he retired but they just upped the amount of penalties against the lesser teams cause they play such rubbish quiet often in recent years.

Cheers Whacky - I would wish you good luck too, but I don’t think you’ll need it. Villa should have far too much for Watford tomorrow - probably end up something like 1-3. Expecting your lot to be joint top on 9 points at the first international break. Might need a little more luck in the period up to the second break.

Overall, as things stand squadwise, it wouldn’t surprise me if you end the season above us, having done some decent business this summer on the back of selling Grealish. Your squad looks better balanced now. Conversely, we would seem a little light, unless we bring in a couple more, or Shackleton and a couple of the u23s step up in a big way. Forshaw somehow remaining injury free would also help.

Hope your right mate👌 I see MB signed new contract so that tells me he either has a big arrival coming or he see’s some of the younger guys coming through and thinks he can really progress them like marcello does so well👍.
