Well, if the rumours are true and it is MB's final year then I hope he is going to leave football entirely, not coach another club and enjoy his retirement :-)

Good God, well first off good luck in getting Poch, Martinez ain’t coming either. I wouldn’t be so assured that Bielsa will leave at the end of this season, in my opinion he’s only just getting started and learning what the Premiership is all about. Being blighted by constant injuries has delayed I imagine of where he would want us to be right now.
I hope we get another two seasons out of the great man and I’m sure to prove to himself that he can take us further. The job is only half done.

The reports refer to Diego Martinez coming to Leeds as opposed to Roberto Martinez

So OP If you are indeed referring to Diego Martinez from what facts sources are you so apparently certain in stating he isn't coming to Leeds.

Baz, Diego or Roberto Martinez I wouldn’t want either of them just yet and Corberan he’s definitely not ready for the Prem, if ever!
I understand that fans want instant success, but wanting Bielsa out at the end of this season would be a huge mistake.
If Bielsa wants to leave however, for whatever reasons, perhaps from poor recruitment, Radz not splashing the cash or feels he can’t do anymore with the group he’s got, or just plain and simple wants to go home.
I would accept that, but I don’t believe it will happen.
There’s a lot more to come yet from Marcelo Bielsa.
Don’t believe all the crap journalists spew out every five minutes, especially about Leeds Utd, you should know that by now.

I don’t think he’s planning on leaving at all! He makes his decision at the end of the season. Well, normally anyway! Again tho, if he does choose that it’s time to go, none of the above names will be in the frame. Did anyone actually predict MB’s appointment? If he had decided to go, he would just do it now. That’s the enigma, that’s the man.

Quite right Brighty but I do applaud the Board for trying to remove the doubt. Only with knowing can they, the players, or the potential recruits plan ahead. As for us fans, it doesn't hurt either.

Is it Rads not splashing the cash or Did MB say he like a small group of players not sure which it is. Hopefully Pochettino if he hasn’t gone to MU, if it is his last season bring the new man in before he leaves so the players can get used to him, think Phillips and co will leave to if it is his last season as well.

These rumours come from the press sayibg apparently Orta has had meetings with D Martin3z about being the new boss. They are presuming from next year so maybe it BS or maybe Bielsa has had a word with tge board and said he wants to leave at the end of the season. Who knows?
