Four games in and we can be proud of the lads. 7pts from 12. Lost tothe champions and drew wwith the previous champions, said Liverpool would get lucky. Bamford started well but always fear a dry spell from him but we now have Rodrigo and a lad named Super Sam in U23s. Some strong subs as well, Poveda looks a steal. Would like a good number ten before the window closes but our squad is a bit stronger and signed some very good youngsters.

We have shown we can give anyone a game and we have to hope we can stay relatively free of injuries. I know a few on here were dreading the opening few games so hope your nerves have been settled a bit. We can only get better as we add more quality to the squad. Onwards and upwards lads.

Bamford had a poor game. Needs to get back on it.

Bamford had a poor game by his standards, but up against two of the worlds best centre backs. there’s a shock! 🤔🤔🤣😉.

I can not wait for the kick off. Hope Rodrigo is starting. Lot of us are tentative and by the sounds of it expecting to lose. On paper we probably should but football is not about that.

Many teams have proved that the underdogs can cause upsets at any stage of the season so my money is down for one today. Its about passion and teamwork and getting the strategy right and we know we can do all that.

Yes Liverpool away is a big ask but that is why we wanted PL football, for these challenges, to test ourselves, to get elated, to get frustrated. that's what its all about so i go into the game expecting the lads to come away with something, draw would be great, win would be superb, loss would mean Liverpool got lucky.

Onwards and upwards.

Well i am looking forward to the season starting. I expect Rodrigo to be able to play from day one, simple test and if negative no reason not to play. It is only us plebs that have to quarantine for two weeks, we are not worth testing. Just about spent my winnings now and looking forward to seeing BWs tatt. Impressed at getting young Greenwood, he is a talent and surprised they let him go to be honest, maybe had to.
All seems to be going to plan at the moment and i reckon we will give any PL team a game, doubt any of them will see us as an easy game.
Got on at 250-1 for top place, which is a bit hopeful i know, but i was chuffed to get 40-1 for top five finish which i think is possible if we can get some points off top teams.
Me i am full of optimism and expect some great games coming our way. Do not know why some are still moaning when we have just been promoted. I only hope we are all allowed back in the ground soon as i miss my Leeds family.
Onwards and upwards guys.

Great enthusiastic and positive post BIGE, made my day!

2.) 28 Aug 2020 12:56:21
Brilliant post Bige we’ve been waiting 16 years to lock horns with the big boys why shouldn’t we be positive as you rightly say teams won’t see us as an easy game and if they do beat us they’ll have really had to earn it.

3.) 28 Aug 2020 13:18:13
Excellent post BIGE 👍

And it would be awesome if your top 5 finish bet came true.

4.) 28 Aug 2020 14:55:44
How did you get out bige?

5.) 28 Aug 2020 16:45:25
Ya see that’s vintage Aus that, back to the form that picked up your prestigious POTY the year trophy Season back 👏🏻👏🏻.

6.) 28 Aug 2020 21:36:23
How did you know Aus, was it my spelling and punctuation.

7.) 28 Aug 2020 22:06:32
BIGE What about your longstanding unfulfilled commitment in respect of my shorts?

8.) 29 Aug 2020 09:56:00
Looks like you headed straight round to brights place too.

Luckily George i am not a proud man so i am afraid you will have to wear them for another year. I know i will not sleep but it is better than crusty bits all over my carpet.

The fat lady is singing and its music to my ears. My day off as well, getting rat assed. PL next season MOT brothers took a while but we are there.

Bige Talking of bottoms.

A lot of squeaky bums on here today. Brom drop points which makes it easier for us to go up as champions, that's my outlook. Preston will take points off Brentford and we will win our next four. Keep the faith. Can some one put Brewster out of action, he is annoying me.

1.) 11 Jul 2020 18:30:34
Yes BIGE, Brewster is the danger man tomorrow. With WBA drawing, what an opportunity for us tomorrow. Come on you Whites!

All i can say is lock downs do not work, you can not stop a virus from running its course but we still have lock downs as the only option, why. I have worked straight through never worn a mask unless shopping, which i did a lot of. I have washed my hands regularly, used sanitizer and kept my home and work area clean. Its a virus that's how you avoid it and stay safe, Staying in your home will not stop it. For me a lot of the measures taken are nonsense. More deaths will follow but not from the virus.

It is not every government in the world in on it. It is the advice they are getting from their medical experts passed down from above. Big pharma is running the show trying to con everyone into believing we all need to take a vaccine, worldwide, that's a lot of money.

Look at the figures for flu deaths year on year and you all get a vaccine every year to protect you. No figures on how many die of the vaccine, which a percentage do, or have serious adverse effects. I seriously think there is another agenda at work here and it is not good.

Strange every time the worlds economies are doing well and people are escaping poverty something comes along to destroy it whether it is financial or health related. If we have drugs now that can fight the virus, which we have, that sort of makes a vaccine irrelevant but you watch the WHO and big pharma push for mandatory vaccination, that's the next stage, Wonder which billionaires have a big stakes in the big pharma.

Pretty sure once singings are in we will see a few going out the door so not so much adding to the squad as reshaping it. Reckon in a couple of years we will be a major force with the young talent we have at the moment. Would recommend anyone to go out and watch the likes of Kennah, Kumwanda, Haugland, McKinstry McCarron, KunT, Skerry. Then we have the ones we have seen a bit of like Poveda, Davis, Bogus, McAlmont. Then players like Mujica and Grot coming back. Lot of young talent, admitted not all will progress but it all bodes well for the future. Its just nice to see us in the market for quality players and not looking for stuff on the second shelf. Onwards and upwards brothers.
