All you doubters out there, Ross McCormack has pledged his future to the the mighty Whites

1.) 26 Jun 2014
Remember tevez-Fabregas-ballotelli-Torres to name a few doing the same, if the right money comes in EVERY players has his price I'm afraid.

Maybe MC gave the same RM the improved contract he was after!!

that means nothing at all .

3.) 26 Jun 2014
Until a big offer comes in for him.

4.) 26 Jun 2014
Where does it say that then?

5.) 26 Jun 2014
What is it with so called Leeds fans, you spread joy and they're still doom and gloom, lighten up ffs, he's staying

6.) 26 Jun 2014
Kev
You've NOT spread any joy, you've stated what Ross apparently has come out and said.
Think back 8 months RM signed a new contract so if MC didn't want him to go there's nothing on earth Ross can do only sulk. Last month ( so word has it ) Ross tried to force a better contract, even though he was happy 8 months ago to sign this one?
Either Ross got his new contract or MC has told him who his boss is and when/who decides when he's going I'm afraid.

(NO one players is bigger than ANY club)

Nuff said.

7.) 27 Jun 2014
Do as your told ross! Maybe we will sell you maybe we wont. What you want is neitherk here nor there. 6.5 should do it!

8.) 27 Jun 2014
As I've stated before and nobody pays a blind bit of notice;
Players will rarely, if ever publicly state anything other than 'I'm happy here. Why would I leave?'

1: Fear of fan backlash.

2: Jeopardising future loyalty bonuses.

A statement of intent to stay means very little in the modern game. Judge his commitment by his attitude on the pitch, watch him kiss the badge and give the salute and he'll still be out the door if something better comes along. I'm fed up of reading about if or when Ross is going. More interested in who's coming in.

9.) 27 Jun 2014
Andy you are right on this one, if MC gets the right offer he will be out of the door and nothing Ross can say about it as MC owns his contract and the right to accept any offer he feels fit

10.) 27 Jun 2014
I truly believe he is a fan of the club and the fans, but it is his job.
If anyone is in a position to negotiate a better deal for themselves, they will (or they are daft).
Again, if you are totally happy where you are working but someone comes along and offers you a better job (higher division) with more remuneration, you would take it.
Lets hope he stays, but don't give him grief if he goes for a higher standard, we ALL would!

I think he will stay but the Hocks "he is here today he trains" et. Sounded like he was choosing his words carefully. Like Warnocks no.2 did before putting Becchio in the shop window
