i know some people high up at Leyton Orient and a coach at palace (both knew about mcdermontt well before it was annouced) they have mentioned a name massimo rentto (or something like that) anyone know anything of him? My stance with next coach is this. If good and proven give time. If unknown give ten games. if another joke like hockaday give him no time, want him out from off and get on back unless he proves us wrong with results. have to let MC know it is our club and we were here first. I love MC but we should not stand for poor coaches they are the most important people. I started sacked in the morning 12 minutes into millwall game and hope all leeds fans do the same if we get another joke coach. Respect is earnt and I hope the next coach already has our respect

Massimo Rentto sounds a bit chessy to me.

B
Without searching I've no recollection of the guy, bookies have another Italian as Fav and he's not got a brilliant track record either.
Can see a few more vodkas being downed lol

Roloando moroan or something like that (spoke to the guys after a vodka) that's the guy they reckon was right with mcdermott but that though people they knew this is more a grape vine so they say. I do trust them as they are not wind ups but we shall see. Is he any good (now I have given something like the real name). if english hope it someone I know. don't mind if italian as my knowledge is a bit sktechy after channel for goals loasso stopped by we should all know a bit about the englishman I hope

Looking at the Sack Race website, the guys who are British, unemployed, and would consider are:
* Steve Clarke (probably too expensive for MC)
* Neil Lennon (not as expensive, but probably the same)
* Chris Hughton

I know a lot of you like Gary McAllister. His greatest strength at Leeds was in identifying really good players at a low cost, which wouldn't even be in the job description under this scenario.

If this was broadened to guys with experience in England, I'd love to have Oscar Garcia or Roberto Di Matteo (way too expensive).

If it were me, I'd hire a guy who is young, loves playing attractive football, and can connect with young players. That's why I wouldn't go after Pulis, even though he's one of the best managers in the UK.

Cheers andy, bit worried as one guy is a coach at palace and was a top flight goalkeeper for 20 years, the other on the board at orient, both proper football men and both have said they haven't heard of him. I shall google him now, if no go I shall be on back straight away (you all know me) if unproven or young I shall give him a chance even I am not that unresonable. well not quite

Just read up on the guy. bit mixed but happy to give a chance. for a start he has managed in leagues and not none leauge. He has saved teams from rleigation and led one team to a record points haul and home wins so not all bad. putting two and two together it seems he starts well and then is later sacked once the teams platto (almost a victim of his success which we have all seen a lot). don't know much and what I have seen is mixed but read things that look promoising or at least potential to be decent/good. will give this guy a chance (for now)
