Not quite a TC OUT man just. I think He should be given a chance to be judged on the performances of a full team. You only have to luck at what terrible misfortune has left him and try to put a meaningful team together and you will soon be knee deep in screwed up balls of paper. He does have faults. Every manager does and I think He could do a lot worse than getting in a Strongman Defensive Coach to instil discipline into the team not only in themselves each one but also in the shape they take when defending. Every man should know exactly where he should be and what he should be doing in every conceivable situation.

He's got to go leodis, we are bottom of te form league, struggling like hell, what's our identity, formation? . he makes really bad subs which baffle everyone . I can't see any positives at all for him to stay

Don't agree. TC (Totally Clueless) only prepared to change his tactics when we have a player sent off. Persists with same players in same positions despite some not justifying a place in team such as Alioski. Substitutions were ridiculous today with players clearly exasperated with what he is doing. Players must also take responsibility but the culture created by the weak willed head coach makes it easy for players to make poor decisions as they face no rebuke

Its just another season has a leeds fan but can't have any chance with the amount of red cards we are getting. I mean its becoming the norm.

I'm moving into the TC out camp, albeit reluctantly. Today, for the first time in 50 years of watching football, I left before the final whistle and over 3 hours later I haven't made my mind up if it was because of my team's performance, the strange subbing of Lassy or the blatantly biased referee. Every week we have to put up with it, Bamba stamps Pontus, no probs. Berardi doesn't even foul a lad and he's booked . Just unbelievable. To say I'm a little bit miffed is very much an understatement . we only get s*** refs
