Just a thought, but Redders seems to have instilled a real togetherness in the squad, the players respect and want to play for him, his motivational skills, tactical awareness and substitutions seem spot on, instead of a new head coach, why not bring in someone to work under Redders so he can fulfill a dual role with the development squad. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Totally agree. Everything seems more settled now than for ages. Has to be worth a try
