Turns out the worst decision Cellino made was getting rid of Naylor. Had he stayed Redfearn is freed up for the bigger job. Redders will eventually get the big job. Just a matter of time. It is a shame though it couldn't have been a month ago. We might have been sitting in a play-off position. Solution? Bring back Naylor or recruit a new youth coach.

we need two wingers and play 4 4 2 it is simple that is how this league is, no need to start fannying with different formations it just does not work at this level and one more decent centre half is needed. This is not continental football it is championship and to get out of this league need an English style approach

People are hoping that Redders get the coaching job of the 1st team at Leeds United!!! I suggest you look up his coaching/ management record! because if he does get the job? and things don't go as you all think it will? then this record will be the stick you will beat him with!!
