I see Chelsea got a slap on the wrist.
A heavy fine was correct but why a suspended transfer ban?
I hate to say it but if it was Leeds United under these charges we’d be screwed.

I think the fact that they voluntarily took the anomalies to the authorities counted hugely in their favour? Didn't the issues come to light as they were undertaking due diligence in the takeover?
