Bilal El K. He's my tip to sign before the window closes.
Plus Bakwa or Manor. Two of those 3 would change my own perspective on this window.
1.) 30 Aug 2025 12:01:28
I think we will splash the cash for BEK. I have a feeling it will either be Solomon or Hamer….
2.) 30 Aug 2025 13:14:35
I’d be very happy with either BEK or bakwa and 1 of the other 2.
3.) 30 Aug 2025 15:10:44
A No 10 - great, another winger - OK, but what we really really need is someone who can put the ball in the onion bag consistently, and has no dodgy injury history. Any sign of that? No, thought not!
4.) 30 Aug 2025 19:44:16
Uche reportedly still in the mix too.
5.) 31 Aug 2025 09:18:15
I know absolutely nothing about Backwa, anyone enlighten me a little?
6.) 31 Aug 2025 14:40:36
BEL on route to stutgart.
18 Aug 2025 11:14:24
El K might NOT be off t Palace as suggested previously, as they've approached Club Brugges over direct replacement for Eze.
1.) 19 Aug 2025 00:16:27
I was saying this on way to game but to be fair he had a very good game tonight mot will see in 2 weeks where we at.
22 Jul 2025 11:46:42
Johnny Howson returns to the club as "player coach" of the U21s. Nice move.
1.) 22 Jul 2025 12:43:41
Oh wow! Great move, top lad shared a drink with him in the players lounge after he scored a late equaliser away at Brighton.
2.) 22 Jul 2025 14:19:17
That’s good news.
22 Jul 2025 07:02:28
Fulham now open to discussions on Muniz, as they have their own replacement lined up, which was a prerequisite for them coming to the table.
1.) 22 Jul 2025 09:03:33
£50 million though? Is he really worth that?
Aren't there better options on the continent?
2.) 22 Jul 2025 10:34:35
Wouldn’t pay more than 30-35.
3.) 22 Jul 2025 10:49:19
He’s not worth half that I’d be happy with him for 24 plus add ons.
4.) 22 Jul 2025 12:10:04
we wouldn't pay the 50 - closer to 30 with add ons I imagine.
5.) 22 Jul 2025 12:18:40
It'll end up being around £35m.
6.) 22 Jul 2025 13:50:43
Concur that the Club shouldn’t consider going anywhere near £50m - I’d rather we brought in the player they’re reportedly considering to replace him than do that. If we were to pay more than £30m plus add-ons we’d actually be strengthening a rival - allowing them to get a player just as good if not better and still have significant cash to strengthen their squad with one or two other decent players.
7.) 22 Jul 2025 14:29:51
50m was only ever paper talk while Fulham stalled.
8.) 23 Jul 2025 14:25:34
And I also concur about not paying 50 million for him but if you think we could get paxiao, what a player for 30 which I think Leeds should get done now before someone else comes in and be still left with 20 million to go towards a striker before we start to sell players it’s a no brainer to me, we ve done enormously well with the deals we ve got done for 60 million. And changed the look and shape of team with what we have but if we can just get them little bit more quality winger, centre forward, goalie, and perhaps another cheap or loan bit of quality we ll be staying up with out doubt.
16 Jul 2025 18:05:34
Christanus Uche from getafe, with a 21m release clause. Reportedly not training with their first team due to our interest. 6ft3 attacking mf.

Im surprised no one has yet mentioned the Estevao foul on Gabby? Quite simply, its a straight red for kicking out. Not even a debate in my mind!?
1.) 04 Dec 2025 17:44:34
Bright, i always have my Leeds glasses on but, had it been the other way round, GG would have been having an early bath. There’s no doubt about that.
2.) 04 Dec 2025 17:51:26
Yes a red imo.
3.) 04 Dec 2025 17:55:33
Absolutely a red. Plain as day he kicked him out of frustration for getting done over and over.
On the bright side, he was subbed at half time which made their squad weaker.
4.) 04 Dec 2025 18:26:34
agree absolutely straight red . surprised VAR was not involved in that .
5.) 04 Dec 2025 18:42:02
Agree with that Bright, I was screaming for a red card, Estevao didn’t even try to disguise it, it was so blatantly obvious and cynical.
6.) 04 Dec 2025 21:14:16
100% a red card, I couldn't believe the yellow wasn't overturned.
7.) 05 Dec 2025 07:37:29
Not convinced a red. Professional foul and frustration but not violent play.
8.) 05 Dec 2025 09:23:16
Kicking out at another player is a red card offence. He wasn't playing footsie was he?
9.) 05 Dec 2025 12:47:19
Fair do. But it was a flick. In my opinion not serious enough for a red but I don’t doubt reverse the roles and it would have been a red.
29 Nov 2025 14:40:30
Line up changed.
Let's see what happens now.
1.) 29 Nov 2025 15:31:07
Same outcome.
2.) 29 Nov 2025 17:05:39
Result as expected, but the manner in which it came about definately NOT as expected! Credit to DF, he rolled the dice at half time and did something citeh were not expecting and nearly achieved a surprise result. Guardiola telling his goalie to sit down in his area and feign injury whilst they had an emergency team talk shows he was worried. More like that please.
3.) 29 Nov 2025 17:16:24
Excellent post JR!
23 Nov 2025 15:09:45
Solid first half, let's hope we can maintain the intensity and land the result! MOT.
1.) 23 Nov 2025 17:26:09
Well, they came out and gave exactly the opposite! ???.
22 Nov 2025 09:13:35
Was leaving it to someone else to mention the report that shows the league as it could / should be if Xg was anything like accurate! But hey ho.
The gambling based stat / americanisation of the game thro naff stats would have us up in 7th, and the superb transfer kings of Sunderland down in 18th.
Now I realise that most will home in on the 9 issue, but for me, it's that PLUS the other players in offensive positions getting their shooting boots on / 50pence heads rounded! As has been the case for what seems like donkey's, we continue to miss clear cut opportunities across the board at an alarming level imo, and that means they all need to step it up!
1.) 22 Nov 2025 10:54:37
Fair post Bright in particular the 50pence analogy, cannot remember a premier team missing more close range headers than us.
But I’m not really one to comment, in my prime I was in the middle of a trial at Southampton, and at the time I fancied myself as the next Chris waddle and the coaching staff were running set piece drills to improve our heading prowess.
At the end of the drill I was called across to the coaching team, which I took to be a positive until they showed me the yes, hand held, camcorder footage!
They summarised it as follows…. I possessed good movement, was adept at finding space in the box, but given my starting height of six foot four inches they had no video evidence of me getting higher than six foot five inches!
Don’t call us, we’ll call you.
Never mentioned that bit to my dad on the long drive home though.
2.) 22 Nov 2025 12:31:58
I’d have you over dcl any day class. You were wronged.
I’m not going to comment on the xg bright through fear of repetition.
3.) 22 Nov 2025 15:09:42
Great tale, Class! ?.
4.) 22 Nov 2025 15:42:38
True sadly bright ?.
5.) 22 Nov 2025 17:01:33
To clarify, that wasn't meant in a bad way; must still be a bit of a gut wrencher to be fair! ?.
6.) 22 Nov 2025 18:43:54
Oh think it hilarious now Brighty, there were 16 of us on that trial they took only one lad who went onto play a few games for Charlton and he was a million miles better than the rest of us, put together, I soon learnt my future lay with predicting our results, and that’s gone well, not!
7.) 23 Nov 2025 09:17:02
XG is a useless metric, can't understand why some people pay such attention to it. Today Bournemouth XG 4.08, West Ham 0.65, result 2:2. Liverpool 1.93, Forest 1.58, result 0:3.
8.) 23 Nov 2025 12:25:06
Pretty sure I'd agreed with that sentiment JR.
19 Nov 2025 11:51:34
3 former managers confirmed at the next WC!
1.) 19 Nov 2025 16:46:07
Which country is Farke managing?
2.) 20 Nov 2025 11:30:12
After the WC is over, there will likely be a few more 'former managers' after their national teams have gone down the WC!
3.) 20 Nov 2025 12:49:23
True jr.
05 Dec 2025 09:20:52
I did wonder when his name would crop up!
03 Dec 2025 17:38:11
But he's on the continent now, that well known part of London.
26 Nov 2025 07:35:10
Just peeled my eyes and keeping them that way.
Obviously, this wouldn't happen without Brendan Rogers or / and Stevie Well 'ard already lined up and ready to start?
25 Nov 2025 16:33:00
Seconded Canada!
20 Nov 2025 06:37:06
I was thinking about him as an option recently, and I'm sure Chelsea would pay most of his exorbitant wages. Agree he would be a great addition on the right!
07 Dec 2025 09:33:25
Because its thrown at everyone's face, the moment the slightest thing hinting at a 'negative' pops up? Only fair that it gets chucked back, I guess? Or is that just being nasty, and mean?
06 Dec 2025 21:31:33
That's so wide of the mark, its untrue! Not at his best today, no, but one of our better players this season so far.
05 Dec 2025 20:49:37
Erm, sell Byram? Honestly?
Aside from the nonsense, he's still worth having as a squad player.
05 Dec 2025 09:23:16
Kicking out at another player is a red card offence. He wasn't playing footsie was he?
04 Dec 2025 16:57:17
I've clearly missed something, yet again.!?
