Okey dokey. Looks like our January business is finished. Focus on football.
As excited as I was about predicting a goal fest v Cardiff. I have a real worry re next game. I hate predicting we lose but can see a draw at best. They won 4 on the bounce, fat frank be up for it, Coventry be up for it. They will put us under a whole lot more pressure than burnley or Cardiff do. Can we keep them out ?.

I think you’re letting some of your “known” bias show there Aus.
I’m not sure why you score Bogle so low, he was one of the few who played decently and scored the equaliser; he could have had the winner.
Mez did ok; he couldn’t do anything much about the goals, but in the main did everything else asked of him (including that decent save)
James was a threat, especially in the first half.
Rothwell and Aaronson were the biggest disappointments for me; I was pleased that Rothwell was playing, and he worked hard, but his delivery and set piece was pretty poor if we’re being honest.
Firpo, my MoM (again) . Gnonto played well, and made the difference but shone VrV an out of form Aaronson.

Not sure why anybody would doubt anybody on here is a Leeds supporter. As some have alluded to below. They have supported Leeds for centuries and spend a lot of time and an awful lot of money attending games. They are entitled to their opinions.
Enjoying being top of the league is another dilemma. Quite rightly we should be happy being top. Live in the moment so to speak. But the moment is also a draw against a team that lost their previous 4. The moment is current form of 5 from 12. In an easier run in than the others. Nobody knows who will finish in top 2 but I'm pretty sure 10-13 off the next 27 will not suffice.
Some can celebrate being top if they wish. But nothing has been achieved yet so some that have ambition and expectations can air on the side of caution and be negative at a crap performance.

I don’t think anyone’s doubting whether we are all Leeds supporters on here, I would say though there are very different types of supporters and I think it’s always been like that in my opinion. It’s very apparent to me that some supporters feel like it’s an entitlement that we own to win this league and there are others that don’t carry that same view.
As for the game, I think Farke got it wrong to play Aaronson in this match as he is not performing like he was before. The right idea to bring on Gnonto at half time but part of the damage was already done.
For their second goal our defenders went to sleep and gifted them another goal.
Fortunate for our first goal, but that good fortune has been owed to us for a long time and a lot more I imagine.
I have no doubt in my mind that QPR raised their game for this fixture and defended the second half like their Championship survival depended on it.
There are no easy games in this league. especially when it comes to Leeds United.
The positive is we didn’t lose this fixture like last season, as now when it really matters. We fought back from 2-0 down to get a point which could be the difference for us being Champions and winning promotion.
You can take this game as a Leeds supporter anyway you want, this supporter still believes we will be champions of this walk in the park, low quality and uncompetitive league.

We are top of the league with 8 to go as we were last season. Don't believe the end result will be the same this time around, the spirit is there as shown by coming back from two down and it is that spirit that will see us through. You cannot win every game, play your best every game or even for a full 90 minutes, but what you can do is give your all which is what these players are doing, is that not all we have ever asked from them? Support is now at its most vital when the pressure is on and the stakes high. I don't have "low standards", just a love and belief for the mighty Leeds. UTWDTP all the way to the prem siblings.

Great post OP can’t believe that we are on here moaning about a performance where we have fought back to gain a point! All this talk of this group of players not being good enough for premier and we haven’t even got promoted yet! Also I don’t believe that we have an easy run in of games! The likes of Plymouth, Luton are fighting for their lives and picking up wins! We are going to have to battle our way to promotion in the next 8 games but it’s not going to be easy! UPS and downs like we sing every week! Big well done to those that get to games to support the team!

Aus I don’t doubt any one here are not leeds fans however I do genuinely question if some get enjoyment from every dropped point as it gives there own agenda and views some credence in there minds.
I famously couldn’t stand Belisa as a manager (loved him as a man but one of our worst ever managers) but the year he got us promoted I said I loved it and I said I got it wrong… that is something some on here will never say… they got it wrong… so there is some enjoyment from seeing us make them right.
I feel like the constant sniping, negativity is killing Je… when we win it’s always, next game is big (to brush over win) and when we drop points it’s end of the world
I didn’t rated Belisa but I enjoyed it when he proved me wrong some on here don’t want farke to prove them wrong … it’s madness.

To some we have the best team in this league but that also makes us the biggest target and the biggest scalp. You can’t deny that teams, especially the Neanderthal ones will raise their games against us.
This league is nothing like the Premiership, having a better team means little to lesser opposition.

For me if it is, it’s an unwanted compliment Ed, QPR will more than likely lose their next 2 or 3 games. This damned league is hard enough as it is.
Don’t think there’s any conspiring to keep us in this league Vid but sometimes it does make you think, especially with the officiating. Literally throwing DJ as he often he is, like his a rag doll and not getting a foul decision or yellow card does have more than a hint of corruption about it.

I sort agree to disagree Aaronson made a mistake and it cost us but I am not yet in the negative class about him, the team is not playing as good as it could, my be it missing one or two players that make it tick, but that’s the down fall of not investing in the windows to have the replacement needed to make it work when a bit falls off it is what it is. It’s true they’ve lost their last four games and they have just lost Chair also their winger to a hamstring injury.
But, even a low in form mid table nothing to play for team will raise their game when they play us. It’s a scalp that every club seems to want.
I think Rothwell will be rested today as he’s been struggling with a knee problem. But it certainly didn’t look like he was carrying an injury in our last game as he was on fire. But if it’s true then Gruev will be starting.
It seems that a lot of fans want to see some rotation but I think Farke doesn’t want to break up his winning formula, can’t afford to make mistakes now plus the international break is coming up to rest any players with niggles who are not involved with playing for their country.
