Karma as Citeh and Chelski are hammered in the CL.

See them boda cp games. Now that's relying on home form or not.

Some pundits predicting Farke will go for 5, 4, 1, on Saturday. Personally I hope he plays 2 upfront.

LUFCfeath

1.) 27 Feb 2026 06:57:18
Not sure what to do v City tbh. They have a lot of threat, so it makes sense to be a bit more defensive. Dcl is not great on his own up front. I will leave it up to the main man to get it right or wrong.

When you look at their team, you think we have no chance. But we are at home. Under the lights. Who knows.

2.) 27 Feb 2026 13:16:06
Ausman, we always have a chance, mate. If we play well, we could win, but I think it will be a draw.

3.) 28 Feb 2026 11:16:07
We have to consider Sunderland, a winnable game, in just three days' time. Do we rest players for that match?

4.) 05 Mar 2026 11:00:08
The Flaccid 1 will stick with his negative, defence-minded setup.
He's 100% reverted back to pre-Man City, and it's visibly killing us.
There's no surprise that DCL's form has dropped off again.
If, by some miracle, we manage to survive, then he has to go in the summer.
He's mismanaging players, and it's costing us in points and in value.

5.) 08 Mar 2026 09:17:33
Our new system is 1 5 4 1.

6.) 10 Mar 2026 14:39:30
Quite right, Dave.

04 Feb 2026 19:56:11
Hearing Stach is out for 2 - 3 games. A big blow.

LUFCfeath

1.) 04 Feb 2026 22:56:39
10-14 days.

2.) 04 Feb 2026 23:06:04
Definitely. Probably brought him back from injury a bit too quickly. Hopefully he returns quickly and one of those weeks is FA cup so he may not have been playing that game anyway.

3.) 05 Feb 2026 22:39:58
Didn't he land funny during a tackle or jump for a ball early on in the Arsenal game? It looked sore.

15 Jan 2026 12:14:06
Buonanotte going back to Brighton from his loan at Chelsea, and looks like he is coming to Leeds for the rest of the season.

Perri apparently injured in training. Farke to update at Thursday's presser. Meslier could be back in the squad.

LUFCfeath

1.) 09 Sep 2025 18:05:12
Surely Darlow over Meslier?!

2.) 09 Sep 2025 23:12:16
I would think so.

3.) 10 Sep 2025 12:42:52
After Darlows absolute rubbish show against Wednesdays U16s, I rather see Cairns between the sticks!

4.) 10 Sep 2025 15:11:35
Get your gloves Berm.

5.) 10 Sep 2025 18:54:11
Meslier ALWAYS before Karl.

6.) 11 Sep 2025 00:19:23
Hilarious thread. Is it comedy night?

7.) 11 Sep 2025 16:44:25
Darlow it is then.

8.) 12 Sep 2025 08:01:54
Currently giving my head a wobble. We won't beat Fulham; I retract my previous statement!

9.) 25 Sep 2025 20:31:00
Did alright, didn't he? Motm and two class saves.

Spence is starting for England tonight. I find it unbelievable after seeing his woeful performances for us a couple of years ago. He must have improved no end since then, although when I have seen him playing for Spurs I must have missed it.

LUFCfeath

1.) 23 Jun 2026 22:37:44
Very harsh on DS .. He wasn't woeful.. Thought he played quite well in the few games Farkey played him.

2.) 24 Jun 2026 07:42:02
He wasn't woeful, just ordinary. He was brought in as the potential replacement for Luke Ayling, but Ayling continued to be way better, and, in the end, he gave up trying like many loanees before or since have done.

3.) 24 Jun 2026 08:27:29
Just my opinion, gents. I saw all his games, and his lazy body language and his "I don't want to be here" attitude did it for me. I was pleased we got shut of him early.

4.) 24 Jun 2026 08:32:35
If I remember correctly, JR, Sunderland away was his debut, and me and others who were there thought he looked lazy then. No sign of busting a gut for the cause. We were excited to see him, but it was short-lived optimism. Saying that, I hope he is worthy of his England place and performs well.

A very impressive second half from France last night. Real quality goals. Great starts to the tournament for Mbappe, Messi, and Haaland. Can England hit the ground running?

LUFCfeath

1.) 17 Jun 2026 17:30:55
I think we will, tho a draw ain't a disaster, even if it would get hefty criticism.

2.) 17 Jun 2026 19:48:00
Mbappe 2, Haaland 2, Messi 3, Kane?

3.) 17 Jun 2026 20:38:24
Just watched the Portugal game - can now add to your list, JR:
Messi - 1 game, 3 goals.
Mbappe - 1 game, 2 goals.
Haaland - 1 game, 2 goals.
Ronaldo - 1 game, 2 touches!

Seriously, Ron, it's time to call it a day.

Portugal have every chance of winning the tournament - providing they bench Ronaldo!

4.) 17 Jun 2026 20:48:32
It was the same at the last WC, Cleggy.
I've never seen a more selfish player on a football pitch. Is he so obsessed with breaking individual records instead of putting his country first?

5.) 17 Jun 2026 20:49:51
Correct Cleggy, I too think Portugal play better without Ronaldo than with him. I watched the Portugal v DR Congo game, and when Neves scored, the Portugal players were all smiles, except Ronaldo, who was wearing his best "why not me" scowl.

15 Jun 2026 19:07:07
Well done Cape Verde. Great result!

LUFCfeath

1.) 15 Jun 2026 19:33:14
Great result for Cape Verde.. Pleased for them.

2.) 16 Jun 2026 06:48:41
Great result for football.

That's incredible, Feath.

I mean, everyone thinks their team is hard done by, but this is remarkable!

2.) 29 May 2026 23:21:01
What's the odds we also received zero favourable Ref and VAR errors in 20/ 21, 21/22 and 22/23?

I can't recall there being any.. even one.

3.) 30 May 2026 00:13:07
That's absolutely crazy stuff.
All those idiots who say it evens itself out over a season.
I always hated that particular phrase as it's b*******!

4.) 30 May 2026 02:27:51
Unbelievable. We've been proved right. Refs are biased and have a Leeds vendetta.

5.) 30 May 2026 14:15:28
Anyone who wants to see how VARsenal became champions can just read this table!

6.) 30 May 2026 14:39:27
Be goal difference wouldn't it, Alf?

7.) 31 May 2026 11:19:00
Would like someone from the FA to voice an opinion on this, and make it public with action that this will not happen again. ?‍♂️

8.) 31 May 2026 14:09:35
Unsurprisingly, the two most regular exponents of the "dark arts" are at the top of the table.

9.) 31 May 2026 14:45:50
Wouldn't it be interesting to see what the table might've looked like without these errors. We'd probably have got 3 more points for the O'Nien armlock on Struijk at Sunderland, and maybe more than just 1 at Palace if GG hadn't been given an undeserved red card.

18 May 2026 20:20:01
A great stat, Leeds have taken 14 points from the last 18, played 6, won 4, drawn 2, since we beat West Ham in the FA Cup. I firmly believe that confidence went sky high after that win guaranteed us a Wembley Semi-Final.

LUFCfeath

1.) 18 May 2026 23:06:23
Another interesting stat, our GD is -4, but if we discount the 2 Arse games it becomes +5 for the other 35 games. For comparison Villa are 4th with a GD of +6.

2.) 19 May 2026 16:46:35
Aus - not sure if you were querying Flemming or Wind. I'll lay out the case for either.

Flemming - Physical but also technical, 6'1. He hit 10 goals this season for one of the worst teams in the league, who came up with a defensive-first philosophy. Attainable without likely breaking the bank, allowing other positions to be targeted too.

Wind - He hit 20 goals across two seasons for Wolfsburg, before struggling a bit in an injury-hit campaign this time. He doesn't have a massive injury record overall, though. He's 6'3, and profiles a little like Flemming, tall (or tall-ish) , but actually seems as technical as he is physical.

If he's not expected to start when DCL is fit, his recent fitness profile could be managed by Leeds staff, who have done well with them recently, by design or by luck. Like DCL and Nmecha, he is a free agent, and if we added a third forward who could produce what they have thus far, it would be excellent. The free agency on the back of a down year probably slightly weakens his market. Denmark are also not going to the World Cup, which gives him a full summer of rest and pre-season integration.

Seems Brownhill hasn't gone to Wolves as reported on the Beeb. Sorry for the false info gents. Personally I would take him for us. Good player.

A real knock to his confidence, losing the ball in the build up to the winner.

I think £15m is too cheap. £20m ok with add ons, due to him being out of contract this time next year.

I am sure, because of his love for football, that he isn't done yet. I would like LUFC to invite him, and as many of his Championship-winning squad as could attend, to a game at ER, so us fans can show our appreciation for what he did, bringing the Club and fans together again after many lean years.

We couldn't at the time because of Covid. Who can ever forget that unbelievable performance against Stoke? We couldn't believe what we were seeing!

I like Struick and he has been a good servant to the Club, but given the situation, £20m now is better than nothing in 12 months. Brighton must really want him, so I hope we get some add on clauses in the deal.
