A new contract till 2028 for Archie Gray. Excellent news!

01 Sep 2023 15:59:07
Sinisterra off to Bournemouth on loan.

1.) 01 Sep 2023 16:20:12
Strange one. Club says only sell for £40m?

2.) 01 Sep 2023 16:44:02
How are we allowing this - is this still a clause thing or have Bournemouth offered a ridiculous loan fee? given it's the last day of window surely the latter.

Not that I want players to stay if they don't want to be here but I expected a permanent deal and money in the bank with the ability to spend to bring in a left back and cam.

3.) 01 Sep 2023 16:50:46
Leeds have said there is no deal.

4.) 01 Sep 2023 17:14:05
?? reporter says Sini will be in London to finalize move this evening.

5.) 01 Sep 2023 17:17:35
Only “interest” so far.
If Iraola wanted to have Sini play for him, he shouldn’t have turned down a real club like us. Sini would love to play home games in front of a crowd akin to Harrogate town, I’m sure. No doubt Adams has had something to say on this one.

6.) 01 Sep 2023 17:18:36
The Leeds reporters have said there’s no deal there. Smyth and hay.

7.) 01 Sep 2023 18:06:52
Here we don't go.

8.) 01 Sep 2023 21:04:50
Dammit. He is in London now for a medical! Phew tho! Elastic bands for ligaments and tendons will be found for sure! And that bit a chuddy holding his ankle on!

10 Aug 2023 19:34:54
Rumours Sinisterra has got a knock on his knee.

1.) 10 Aug 2023 19:46:41
Surprise surprise.

2.) 10 Aug 2023 21:12:14
Apparently had it prior to Shrewsbury (probably from during Cardiff game) and Farke would rather have not played him at all on Wednesday night.

3.) 11 Aug 2023 07:30:52
I'm not sure a contact sport is a good fit for Sini.

4.) 11 Aug 2023 10:07:26
Have sini + Brokenford some undiagnosed degenerative issue?

It's incredible how prone they are.

5.) 11 Aug 2023 12:59:33
They probably have an injury clause in there contract, treble wages if injured,

6.) 11 Aug 2023 14:12:43
Think vid has Bamford, sini and foreshore in his dream team.

17 Jul 2023 22:22:06
Reporting that the takeover is done!

13 Jul 2023 19:28:04
Reports now that Wober could be on his way to Germany as well. Come on Leeds, we need some good positive news.

1.) 13 Jul 2023 22:31:00
I think the players who have gone out on loan are positive news.

2.) 13 Jul 2023 23:26:11
But where does it end?

3.) 14 Jul 2023 09:07:42
When we all die Corky pal.

Last night's game was another very iffy performance. Lack of shots and creativity and too many back passing. Substitutions made too late. Saturday is now crucial for a convincing win to restore some much needed confidence. If we get it, winning the last three is not beyond us. A couple of selection changes as well to freshen things up. It's not over yet. Keep the faith.

1.) 10 Apr 2024 10:11:51
Leeds win just one of remaining 4 matches in this form.

04 Apr 2024 15:42:12
Shackleton injured again. Very disappointing for him, but should he get another contract at the end of the season?

1.) 04 Apr 2024 16:57:31
Nice lad sadly often injured so its a no.

2.) 04 Apr 2024 18:21:09
100% he should get a contract; he's a great squad player and very versatile. and does the job he's told to do.

3.) 04 Apr 2024 18:59:17
Ani I agree he should receive a contract, a one year extension. However, calling him a "great" squad player excessive. He's an average squad player. If he was great, he'd have a lot more appearances and minutes under his belt which he does not. His Millwall loan stats weren't particularly impressive either. He's average.

4.) 04 Apr 2024 19:06:45
Versatile? Ok at RB questionable at LB questionable at CM . so maybe

Injury prone : increasingly yes

And if Leeds do go up they are gonner need MUCH better squad player to stay up than Shack in EPL.

5.) 04 Apr 2024 19:47:19
All great points posited about Baby Shacks but for me he is injury prone and he can cut it in the Championship but it’s a whole different ball game in the Premiership, he’s to lightweight for the Premiership as well so for me he should go to a team like a Boro or a Norwich. It’s my opinion but it does not mean it’s right and yes he is a good player but that’s it for me lads. ?.

6.) 04 Apr 2024 21:12:34
You misunderstand me George…I use the word great in this context in that he is “great” to have in the squad because of his versatility, like having 2 to 3 positions covered on the bench, rather than he is a great player. ( I think he is a good player)

Stuart Dallas was (hopefully is) a great player as well as being a great part of the team because, again, of his versatility.

7.) 04 Apr 2024 22:20:16
Ani A very good word to use to convey an opinion of versatility would be versatile (as opposed to great) . He certainly possesses utility attributes just not on the level of the ????.

8.) 05 Apr 2024 00:28:54
George, I did! …. and I used the word great as well. He is versatile and as a consequence, great to have in the squad.

30 Mar 2024 00:41:05
Obviously lots of differing opinions, but for me, yes, selections questionable, but as is usually the case against Leeds we played a very fired up team and we got out of it with a hard earned point which was nearly three. Lots of players returning from international duty with injuries and dealing with emotional disappointment. So providing we beat Hull on Monday, a hard earned point which may prove vital at the end of the season.

1.) 30 Mar 2024 02:22:47
Speaking of injuries Farke has stated that Gnonto and Roberts out for 3 weeks

Means they miss at least 4 of the remaining 7 games.

2.) 30 Mar 2024 08:41:10
Baz Correct adjustment is play Sam at RB, Junior LB, the Welshies ??????? at the back with Amps self-licensing to join midfield with Arch and Kam in central midfield. Can see Piroe getting more minutes to help out Rutter.

3.) 30 Mar 2024 09:37:45
Think we actually missed Firpo last night! His attacking contribution and link up play with Cree can make a big difference! Service to BamBam was virtually zero.

4.) 30 Mar 2024 13:04:27
Bright that’s a bold statement to make missing him not sure on that one perhaps so.

5.) 30 Mar 2024 19:54:43
Firpo didn't start because he'd flown over 6000 miles Thursday to get back to Leeds.

15 Mar 2024 16:10:03
Congratulations to Archie Gray getting a call up for the England U21s!

1.) 15 Mar 2024 18:32:16
Feath Deserving he is. Will play for ??????? main team soon enough.

09 Mar 2024 14:31:35
What a finish! Get in Cardiff!

Last night's blatant handball, the second one, was a stonewaller. Unbelievable it wasn't given.

Sad news to hear he has had to call it a day. I don't think any of us thought we wouldn't see him in a Leeds shirt again when he sustainedhis injury. A great servant to the Club who always gave his all. His two goal performance at Citeh will live long in the memory. How fitting it would be if we were already up when we play Southampton and he could come on for the last couple of minutes.

Farke shouldn't and isn't beyond criticism, but remember the bag of sh it he took over at the beginning of the season.

Good post Mezzer. I hope they are up for it against Ipswich like they were today. Last game against Cardiff at home they weren't. Leeds have to cope with this sort of thing as everybody wants to beat us and see us suffer. We had players who just weren't at their best today. I do agree about Bamford, a stint on the bench might be best for him as he is way off it at the moment.
