Harrison gone to New England Revolution, permanent transfer for an undisclosed fee.

Joe Tiffany reporting £4 million. Amazing bit of business if that's accurate.

2.) 26 Jul 2026 09:23:29
Others on the site are suggesting a top six-figure sum, i.e. under a million.

3.) 26 Jul 2026 10:03:04
Sounds more realistic, and more than he's worth to us, so I'll take it.

4.) 26 Jul 2026 10:40:31
4 mill may include the wages we save?

5.) 26 Jul 2026 11:45:54
You could be right there, Canada. Whatever it is, it's the best for all concerned.

6.) 26 Jul 2026 14:16:43
Liked Harrison in Bielsa era. But anything is good now. Don't get the hatred. He played a lot of games for us and did his best. Long time retired, right. In general, life that we live. Most of the time $ counts.

7.) 27 Jul 2026 03:22:21
Wages off the books is what we needed.

The whole Harrison saga has been one long mess. A new contract, and the mess of that move to Leicester, and then Marsch playing him as an inverted RW, messed him up. He has gone downhill ever since.

8 G and 8 A in a PL season and a 20 million value. Dreadful management by the club. Meslier is similar, and no sell on for Summerville, too.

Thankfully we now have owners with their heads screwed on.

I would like the Harry Wilson signing to be put to bed and announced this week. It's not done till it's done. Has he gone on holiday in one of Musk's rockets?

LUFCfeath

1.) 06 Jul 2026 20:45:16
It would be good, LUFCfeath. ?

2.) 08 Jul 2026 13:49:36
He was on holiday in Portugal - don't know if he is back yet.

30 Jun 2026 21:48:55
Struick deal done and dusted, officially announced on the LUFC website. Tomorrow, I hope we will also be saying that the Wilson deal is completed. We need to get to work now as two left sided CB's are required. Fair play to Brighton, no messing about getting their man.

LUFCfeath

1.) 30 Jun 2026 22:37:34
Brighton don't mess around. Pascal is probably their third signing.

2.) 30 Jun 2026 23:07:34
We needed to get the deal done and dusted before Jun 30th so that it was within the PSR accounting window that ends on that date.

3.) 01 Jul 2026 00:10:30
Fair point, JR.

4.) 01 Jul 2026 06:40:12
Exactly, JR. If anything, we were the ones speeding the deal through. Other clubs have already been fined. We avoided one, supposedly, by completing this deal.

Karma as Citeh and Chelski are hammered in the CL.

LUFCfeath

1.) 18 Mar 2026 09:47:53
See them boda cp games. Now that's relying on home form or not.

26 Feb 2026 19:31:39
Some pundits predicting Farke will go for 5, 4, 1, on Saturday. Personally I hope he plays 2 upfront.

LUFCfeath

1.) 27 Feb 2026 06:57:18
Not sure what to do v City tbh. They have a lot of threat, so it makes sense to be a bit more defensive. Dcl is not great on his own up front. I will leave it up to the main man to get it right or wrong.

When you look at their team, you think we have no chance. But we are at home. Under the lights. Who knows.

2.) 27 Feb 2026 13:16:06
Ausman, we always have a chance, mate. If we play well, we could win, but I think it will be a draw.

3.) 28 Feb 2026 11:16:07
We have to consider Sunderland, a winnable game, in just three days' time. Do we rest players for that match?

4.) 05 Mar 2026 11:00:08
The Flaccid 1 will stick with his negative, defence-minded setup.
He's 100% reverted back to pre-Man City, and it's visibly killing us.
There's no surprise that DCL's form has dropped off again.
If, by some miracle, we manage to survive, then he has to go in the summer.
He's mismanaging players, and it's costing us in points and in value.

5.) 08 Mar 2026 09:17:33
Our new system is 1 5 4 1.

6.) 10 Mar 2026 14:39:30
Quite right, Dave.

Reflections from last night, a back up striker to challenge DCL is a must, ie, Fleming, because Nmecha is not good enough when he starts. And, if possible, and I don't know who, a lock picking midfielder would make a massive difference to our prospects for this coming season.

LUFCfeath

1.) 13 Aug 2026 09:46:56.
100% Feath.

2.) 13 Aug 2026 12:31:56
I think Gnonto also had a good half. I just wish he could do that all the time: push forward, then straight back defending.

3.) 13 Aug 2026 12:36:37
Nmecha only useful in last quarter when defence is tiring and he can bully his way through. As you say, Feath, he's not a starter.

4.) 13 Aug 2026 14:45:00
Don't think Namecheck useful at all, tbh. No more make do. More make progress. I'd ditch all strikers and keep DCL for back up.

5.) 13 Aug 2026 18:48:03
Fully agree. We need another striker, but let’s be realistic here, DCL is our number one striker and that ain’t changing this season.

Think Fleming would be the perfect buy, and with 11 goals last season in a very poor team, that shows there’s something about him.

Namecheck has obvious limitations, but I would still keep him. He’s a free transfer player, that, like Willy and AO last season, seldom get the opportune number of games, minutes, to get up to speed, rhythm, and consequently, form.

Nevertheless, Namecheck scored six very valuable goals last season, the same as Anthony Gordon, with less minutes on the pitch than Gordon, and a very respectable goal every 180 minutes.

Fleming was better, with a goal every 166 minutes, DCL every 190 minutes.

Of course there’s assists and what each player brings to the team, but we shouldn’t underestimate how difficult it is to find form with only scraps of minutes, appearances.

Now we should definitely add someone like Fleming, but will he want to come knowing he’s number two in the pecking order?

Hope he does, or we at least add another option, but I say keep Namecheck for me, for this season at least.

I doubt we were ever enquiring about Paixo again, but anyway he wants to stay at Marseille. So stuff him. Seems a bit of a funny onion! ?

LUFCfeath

1.) 12 Aug 2026 06:50:12
It's the biggest non story connected to Leeds at this present moment.
The click baiters are loving it for some strange reason!

2.) 12 Aug 2026 06:51:11
Yep. Stuff Paxo. ?

3.) 12 Aug 2026 13:27:23
There is interest, but it will be late in the window, if anything happens there, and probably only if the price is right.

10 Aug 2026 19:38:38
Forest away in the LC. So twice in a few days.

LUFCfeath

1.) 10 Aug 2026 20:07:57

Concentrate on league, then. ?

08 Aug 2026 08:27:38
Good morning all, back to Elland Road today for me. A couple more signings and hopefully a good, enjoyable season ahead.

LUFCfeath

1.) 08 Aug 2026 09:28:14
Hope it's a good game. I'm going next week. Always good to be back at Church.

2.) 08 Aug 2026 11:50:56
So, when do we expect to see our most important position player make his debut?
Maybe, against Man Utd on Wednesday?
Looking forward to it!

3.) 08 Aug 2026 12:53:17
I'm there today.. I enjoy preseason at Elland Road.. Always sunny and nothing matters (much) .

4.) 08 Aug 2026 14:39:19
Best pre Seez ever for me was last Summer in Dublin, full house, Aviva 99% Leeds.
Great day& night. ??

5.) 08 Aug 2026 18:11:04
Still dining out on that one, Chris. ??

6.) 08 Aug 2026 18:50:21
Mrs Chris Chris wanted to know, on hols, why I wasn't going to the Man Poo game. ? Midweek. ???

7.) 08 Aug 2026 19:04:26
My brother got me tickets! I said no thanks, sell em, bro. Bad choice of opponent in Dublin, and a bad day for it. Stewards at Aviva said the Leeds vs AC Milan game was one of the best atmospheres he could remember in his 11 years working there!

Stach with a belter of an equaliser, and our line up is now significantly stronger than that game.

Fantastic day night!

8.) 08 Aug 2026 20:30:21
Think possibly there will be a few tear ups there.

Evening kick off, lots of bevvy and spark plugs by some consumed on the day.

Could be dodgy for sure, Class, pal.

FIFA proposal is off the table, confirmed this morning by Infantino, who will now go into overdrive to save his own skin. His American friend will be disappointed. The bromance could be over now the cash cow has bolted!

LUFCfeath

1.) 01 Aug 2026 09:59:06
Infantino is probably assuming that, having got away with all the adverse histrionics from this shameful World Cup, he could get away with anything.
He should definitely be removed from his position; his greed for money and power knows no boundaries.
What is it with these FIFA presidents?

2.) 01 Aug 2026 10:23:05
Agree, Opti. Remove him. And Trump not long left either. Both mad men.

3.) 01 Aug 2026 10:23:40
I'd go further, OP.

UEFA should break away from FIFA and run its own World Cup. See who the major sponsors want to go with? UEFA, an organisation that includes most of the world's largest consumer states, or stick with the utterly corrupt FIFA, an organisation once run by an extremely corrupt man, only to be led by a seemingly even more corrupt one.

All the major sponsors jumped ship, which led to Blatter's downfall.

I'm amazed they have yet to do so over Infantino! I'm not saying UEFA is perfect. Platini played his part in harming their reputation, but at least they now seem to be getting their act together. Whereas FIFA have plunged even further into the mire.

Even if Infantino goes (which I doubt) , would anyone ever trust the FIFA president and the whole of that organisation ever again?

Seems Brownhill hasn't gone to Wolves as reported on the Beeb. Sorry for the false info gents. Personally I would take him for us. Good player.

Another good injury-free workout, but it would still have been nice to get the win, especially against them. The player who really impressed me tonight was Willy.

I would like a striker who is better than Nmecha to come in, because if there is a lengthy lay off for DCL, Nmecha isn't good enough to start on a regular basis.

A twelfth place finish would be steady, achievable progress for me. I am not sure we would be ready for Europe if we over achieved and made it. A season without any relegation worries would do nicely. And maybe another cup run!
