I don’t have a problem with the red card rule. You pull someone hair you not accidentally doing it. You have to think about doing it. You engaged your brain to think about doing it, it’s not like jumping up to get height and your arm coming down and accidentally hit your opponent. You lost. Stop moaning about it.

In the heat of the moment, people can actually act instinctively, so it's not always that simple. Mike Tyson, for instance, when he bit Evander Holyfield's ear. Having said that, it is still a foul!

I did not know that, Ed - although if you have written an article about it in the past I probably read it and must have since forgotten that detail!
