Carrick Njinko scores a Hattrick for the U21s yesterday. Serious finisher!

Max Dean also scored a few hattricks for Leeds United U21s.

..A serious finisher who was never given a chance by our management at first team level..
Now playing at top level in Ligue 1, France.

Would that be the Max Dean who plays for Gent in the Belgian League?

The Gent club currently have a 100% win record this season, ahead of the likes of Anderlecht.

Classic Baz, ignore that Belgium isn't Ligue 1 in France, and keep ploughing on with your argument as though nothing happened.

Yeh, yeah, Belgium, Brockley.
The crux of the point remains: Max went to a good club, doing well.

Good club in a league much worse than you stated (and probably worse than the Championship) , where he hasn't played a game this season in their brilliant Anderlecht surpassing start. Not quite "playing at the top level".

Nah Brockley,
Belgian league (is far better than weak, low standard Champo) is 6th or 7th in Europe under UEFA rankings.

Club Bruges, Union SG, Anderlecht, Genk, Cercle Bruges, and even Gent all had relatively good campaigns in UCL, UEL and UECL.

As for Max Dean, he had the bad luck to suffer a very serious injury. I think an ACL at Gent.

Thought I'd check the rankings (Google is really helpful Baz, you should try it, might help you not spout wrong facts) .

Weak, low standard Championship is 6th. Belgian League is 9th.
