Hockaday is to be sacked. Cellino looking at Tim Sherwood but is not willing to pay salary.

TBH I rather have an experienced manager with anger issues than a head coach with no experience in the football leahue but as you said his wages will be too high

I feel for the guy, I really do. Only fella so far to have taken a lot of new Italian players and get them to gel quickly in this league is Gianfranco Zola. It helps, of course, that he speaks Italian, what with him being all Italian and that.

Sherwood would be very good, good record, good experience young and don't sound like a dope in interviews. you get what you pay for MC and this guy could make the difference

4.) 24 Aug 2014
Why Tim Sherwood, no better than Redders IMO

5.) 24 Aug 2014
Not a fan of sherwood tbh but not sure who would be willing to go on as coach. Agree with CityWhite a lot of new players with a multitude of languages has got to be tough to communicate with each other on and off the pitch

6.) 24 Aug 2014
Why would he look at sherwood if he's not willing to pay wages? Seems a bit of a daft statement really.

Over the last ten years, the club has repeatedly change the playing staff, the manager and even the owners without success. The only constant is the fan base and this is historically declining.
Fans not having the basic decency to not describe the coach in a pejorative manner is in part the problem.
No manager or player is given adequate time. Being someone who has been a fan for over fifty years I find that calling the coach a clown makes me less likely to want to support my club.
Too many fans are needlessly impatient. Cellino will do what he wants and moaning about the coach and players will not change anything for the good.
Apart from a mass boycott of the club, which is not going to happen I cannot see what the ordinary fan may achieve. I remember the direct action of abusing the partner of a player in the club car park did the club no favours.

Sherwood
Has NO championship experience, NO management experience really, was a good player but rather have a guy simular to Holloway who gets the best out of mediocre players.

No not Sherwood. How about gary mac and the chief lucas radebe at least mac would sort out the shambles of the midfield and radebe would sort out the shambles of the defence
