I know we have bigger fish to fry this season, but I am always disappointed when we go out of the FA Cup. Being an older fan, I think a good Cup run does no harm whatsoever, but as a club we don't seem to embrace the Cup at all.

Don't get me wrong, I am gutted every time Leeds lose a game. What I am saying that if I had a choice of progressing to the 4th round of the cup and beating our main rivals in the next few games in the Championship, I know which one I would pick.
The problem being is that there are no givens in football!

I would love to see a good Cup run EXCEPT there is just too much at stake. 14 years away from the top table hurts. I, for one, don't want to eat with the kiddies any more. It's time to put aside the fairy bread. Bring on the fillet steak.
