{Ed001's Note - can I ask a question? I was reading through some of his comments regarding Leeds, and have to ask, what on earth is his problem with the club? As a neutral, I don't get why he has such an issue that he says things when the professional thing to do would be say nothing. It is clear he actually is deliberately stirring up trouble now. I just don't understand why.}

ED001, I don't know what the apparent connection between Bates and Harvey is either, other than they seem to be made of the same DNA, and are malicious, vindictive, meddling knob-heads with no love for football….just a fat bank account, a gratuitous wielding of power and a total and blatant disregard for the life blood of any club - the fans.

Could it be as another poster said to oust MC and buy back the club as cheap as possible with Pappa smurf?

I don't wish harm to anyone in life but P-smurf/Harvey are close to that changing in the near future.

Why does Harvey not comment on Barclays banks problems who he has as a sponsor I wonder?

Signed. The blokes a rat. Clear case of harrassment but these governing bodies in sports (particularily football) are a law unto themselves. The league mantra states that theh want to hp clubs stay in existence and be on a financially stable platform to do so. Leeds have a clean slate, MC is balancing the books. Debt free yet harvey wants to destabilise the club? Why not clean slate fresh start. If MC breaks the law after his takeover then do as you will.

As for MC thinking of selling cheap to papa if the court case goes against I can't see that at all. Remember this is a guy who wants something for everything. Selling cheap to get away isn't his style. Meeting papa and SH to see what the problem is and then coming with a solution or at the very least a safety net is more his style.

on a foot note Ema from twitter doesn't really understand why people are concerned about it. Seems to think nobody in Italy is asking for the case notes remember it is not a judgement we are waiting for just the judges summing up notes. Which of course can be appealed. How could the FL force someone from a club when they are waiting for their right to appeal? To me just looks like a lawsuit from MC against the FL.

Signed this man has to go, him Bates and Richmond devils advocates, Harveys made a living off clubs misery, Guisely, Bradford and Leeds he was there to see them into administration. Has his own agenda but think he will find it hard to shift Massimo now.
