Heres the truth that everyone must be able to see now - we don't have bags of cash, some dipstick decided the way to go was to get cheap players with potential and get a "coach" to make them perform hence we only employ a coach and not a manager- the lord Orta being our " manager" - this is clearly not working - we need a real manager with the power to buy his own players, if Heck is that man then ok, give him what little dosh we have and see how it goes - if not Radz needs to grow a pair and sort this mess out or sell - I've nothing against Radz, he's done some good things but something has to change and if Radz sells at least the new owner will get rid of Orta and bring in a proper team manager- we havnt got the cash but we could have a proper club structure which is what we are lacking right now with Orta running the show - rant over
