Alioski injured too. hope injuries don't wreck our march to the title!

1.) 14 Nov 2018 09:36:17
Bright, not seen any news of this, what do you know?

2.) 14 Nov 2018 12:38:23
Withdrew from the Macedonia national team due to an ankle problem. Hopefully only minor!

3.) 14 Nov 2018 12:53:43
Minor to not affect him but big enough to keep him out for a few weeks, good excuse to give someone else a go.

4.) 14 Nov 2018 16:13:57
Could be right leodis, makes it easier to try something else for at least a couple of games.

5.) 14 Nov 2018 21:11:59
He takes some stick but the stats say he's created more chances than anyone in our team and is 2nd in the division behind neal maupey at creating chances.

6.) 14 Nov 2018 23:02:12
Some Leeds fans have to be on someone's case, seems to be Alioski and Dallas getting all the stick at the moment. It was Grot last season and look what it did for the young lad. Try thinking before unfairly criticising, Alioski could be MOTM but all some people will see is that he was offside twice before scoring a hat-trick! !

7.) 15 Nov 2018 11:29:22
Bang right Martyn! Can’t believe he takes so much stick. A few years back, all we wanted was players who gave it all for the shirt, and gianni gives his all in every game. Love that kid!

8.) 15 Nov 2018 11:48:53
I'm baffled when people say be can't go past his man? that's bull. He beats people every game or how would he ever get a shot or cross in. I remember everyone on here raving about BPF last year and this year he's getting hammered by the same ones who wanted him in goal. a lot on here have Short memories brightwhite.

9.) 15 Nov 2018 13:17:27
I will never criticize his effort. He chases back like no other, but as a forward I am often disappointed by his end product.

10.) 15 Nov 2018 13:57:32
Panic over. Adam Pope has apologised for duff information. Meant Jansson not Alioski. Doh!

11.) 16 Nov 2018 17:26:49
Leodis Donte worry we have 11 other players who can play there and better by all accounts? 🤔.

15 Oct 2018 17:10:53
McTomminay from Man Dirt on loan the latest from Sly Sports. I think they just make half of it up!

1.) 16 Oct 2018 01:51:22
He wouldn't get a game at Leeds.

31 Aug 2018 21:44:32
Great game to watch. Great ad for the quality of this league. My dislike for Ayala, Friend and assombalonga has grown! Good point!

1.) 01 Sep 2018 15:36:02
Ayala and Flint are a pair of freaks, be good to see how they get on with Crouchy when they play Stoke. Pulis will get some stick from the Stokies as well.

18 Aug 2018 21:53:04
The passing stats from today are unbelievable!
589 accurate passes.
84% total pass accuracy.
From a them that couldn't string 3 together at the end of last season! In Bielsa we trust, actually carries some meaning!

1.) 19 Aug 2018 04:50:11
Bet your glad we changed dumbassbottom now eh bright.

2.) 19 Aug 2018 08:01:36
Of course I am Martyn!

3.) 19 Aug 2018 10:09:03
As was said many times on here, Heckingbottom shouldn't have been appointed in the first place. There were some hard lessons for Radz and Co last season so it is good that some of them were taken on board, appointing a quality Manager for one. I am delighted with the start this season and it will hopefully continue, come January I hope that the purse strings will be slackened to allow the Manager to make a couple of good signings for the run in. Two more good loan deals in this window wouldn't go a miss either as long as they improve the squad as a bit of strength in depth is a big plus with the style of our play. On to Swansea who didn't look anything special to me against Birmingham. MOT.

16 Aug 2018 13:54:20
Martin Odegaard loosely linked due to Orta's Real Madrid contacts? Thoughts? Personally I'd say yes, but only if we are only paying a percentage of his weekly wages.

1.) 16 Aug 2018 20:40:01
Would be interesting but the lad has hardly pulled up trees while on loan and wouldn't kick any of the 1st team out right now. Interesting though.

On a positive note, Harry Kewell has been sacked.

1.) 13 Nov 2018 17:00:27
Made me smile :)

2.) 13 Nov 2018 17:05:01

3.) 13 Nov 2018 17:51:27
That chairman won’t be happy till he’s picking the team

I could have warned Harry

But wouldn’t 😂😂😂.

4.) 13 Nov 2018 19:47:06

5.) 14 Nov 2018 22:18:40
I dunno why but I felt bad for the man. Maybe it’s because I don’t hold grudges. Life is too short lads.

11 Nov 2018 16:01:31
So we batter Derby 4-1,
Derby batter Brom 4-1,
Brom batter us 4-1.
This league is simply nuts!
That is all.

1.) 11 Nov 2018 16:44:30
I like your style Bright. Short n sweet n accurate.

2.) 11 Nov 2018 17:16:06
Like boxing, styles make matches. For me, we are serious playoff contenders and nothing more unless Radz spends nicely in January. Even acquiring just Gomez would see us challenge for the title.

3.) 11 Nov 2018 17:21:56
'Brom' were missing top quality players when they were beaten. We beat Derby before they sorted themselves out. We won with a style no one was really expecting. They are now.

4.) 11 Nov 2018 20:02:34
Always always pessimistic Hess.
We got done yesterday but it happens.
We got well done by City when we came up as champions from the same league last time.

Ok I’d like a RB CB left sided midfielder and another striker but I’m pretty sure every teams fans would say similar.
I really believe barring a decimation of injuries we won’t be far away. In fact I still fancy us to win it.

5.) 11 Nov 2018 21:16:45
Not pessimistic just realistic. I've never believed in blind optimism it gets you into all sorts of trouble. When I see something promising I say so. Unfortunately for the past thirteen years realistically we've had no chance of doing too in the top two divisions. At least now I can say top ten in the championship - yes, top six possible. That's realistic and optimistic. Winning promotion without any changes - well that's a bridge too far.

6.) 11 Nov 2018 21:23:06
Even with quality you can always get done over as you say - once or twice maybe three times. Problem is we don't have enough quality and that's why we got turned over yesterday and beaten by Birmingham and Blackburn and got draws where we easily have lost. Leaky defence and not enough going for us in the final third. That's the reality. Optimism and pessimism doesn't come into it.

7.) 12 Nov 2018 14:08:17
derby was very early in the season I said at time that is a false result. that said this league is mental.

10 Nov 2018 18:20:38
Well, I'm glad that we are going in level at half time. We've seemed strangely out of sorts today, barring the odd passage of play. Mistimed runs, misplaced passes, and second to the ball too many times. Also noticed a bigger gap between the defence and midfield than normal, forcing a longer passing game. Might be planned, I dunno. Hoping Bielsa picks some magic outta the bucket at half time!

1.) 10 Nov 2018 19:42:05
How right you were proved after 90mins Brighty. All round sloppy. Sloppy in every department.

2.) 10 Nov 2018 19:58:14
Outclassed tonight I'm afraid worrying what damage does it do to the team having said that when we won league in 92 we lost 4-0 at Man City and lost 4-1at home to Burnley in 74.

03 Nov 2018 17:14:44
Norwich? Top? Seriously?

1.) 03 Nov 2018 17:41:53
That's what happens when you can strong a few wins together in this league. Time for us to start pushing on.

2.) 03 Nov 2018 18:04:12
Norwich done to wendies what we should've done, won't be easy tomorrow coming up against best team at home with another big away following will we be let down again?

3.) 03 Nov 2018 20:28:13
Hope not Geldred, I would like to see us go for the jugular from the off and get that early season sparkle back, because whoever as said above can put a good run together, can pull away from the pack. Let's hope for an enjoyable journey home with the three points in the bag.

24 Oct 2018 21:43:02
First point has to be that Ipswich are pee poor and will go down.
That said, it was vital we showed something tonight, so on came the Pablo and Kalvin show. Yes, not the slick, fast flowing football we have seen, but still so dominant all over the park, as we should be against teams like this.
Pablo played like he was in his mid 20's, and Kal looked so comfortable all night.
Plus, all the subs who came on looked comfortable too.
The future is Bright. the future is White!

Looking at the replays Leo, I was worried it was serious, because he really went over that ankle with his studs stuck. thought the same as you. That said, they did batter us after that anyway!

If we don’t give a man like Bielsa the time to deliver, then we can just forget about going up. definitely need a bigger squad, with more strength in depth, but that doesn’t happen overnight. That said, I don’t think Radz will even consider chopping Bub, even if we go on a big losing streak.
