1 Perri did not cover himself in glory but its a hard shout Darlow based on last season
2 Gudmon did not impress either. Wondering if Justin can play LB?
3 Bern to shore up the defence with the ability to drop back into the back 4 if its all going Pete Tong.
4 Gnonto with James for the last 20mins.

I'd go with a 5-4-1 formation tomorrow, Bijol replacing Ampadu, ideally having a fit DCL up front (not likely I know) or Nmecha, with pacy wingers (James and Okafor) to catch them on the break. Think Striuch deserves his chance after his Everton display plus he is our most dangerous player at free kicks and corners.

It seems there will be no new players after DCL to be completed before Everton so what we have is what we have.

We have spent 30mil on 3 defensive players, BJ, bornauw and Guddmanson.
I think we could potentially sell mez (10m-15m) , BA (10-15mil) , bamford (5m) , gruev (5-10)
I'd also be ok with selling gnocchi if can get 15-20mil?
That would be between 30-45mil and then gnoto ( who i don't rate) for possibly 15-20mil. That's around 45-65 mil in coming ( if can sell)
We now have rodon, born, BJ for CBs and amps / struijk as cover at cb
Rb- bogle and byram
LB- gudd, struijk and schmidt
Think we rumored around 100-120mil to spend for new season without sales,
So 30 spent so far, leaves 90mil, if can sell 50mil as above then have 140mil?
NEEDED still
Gk- 20 mil ( ramsdale, palmer or other?
MF- Longstaff ( 10mil) - think decent buy for price and experience
wingers ( mavididi (10-15) , soloman (20m)
CMF/ #10- macatee ( 25mil)
also get borja sianz ( 15-20mil) , can play wing, #10 or striker.
OR smodicks (10-20mil)
Striker ( need to probably spend 30-50mil)

As it seems to be on hold till 1st July, looks like we have lost Firpo and brought in Nmeucha and BJ? ( again in july for confirmation) . Thoughts on who else and what positions including extra squad players.
I'm thinking 7-8, Gk, LB, RB cover, winger x2, CMF, #9 and 10.
Current players i'd sell, Mez, wober, gnoto, bamford, MJ, that's possibly between 35-45m
possibly struijk if can get replacement.
GK- hope sell Mez, bring in pope or ramsdale
LB- liked idea of Robertson
Winger- Mavididi
As for other attacking options, i don't particularly want Munis, i do like a tall strong fast striker ( Beto)
would also go all out for Mcatee
As for a few fringe not too expensive players i'd jump in for Sammie Szmodicks (? 10m) , Borja sianz (? 15-20)

This who i'd let go and use to build premier squad, all depends if can sell and raise cash but my take be as follows.
Bring back charlie crew and keep schmidt, byram as RB and LB cover, greuv MF cover.
if we can sell mez (10 mil) , struijk (15) , BA 15m, bamford 5m, MJ 10m, wober 5m, Harrison 10m, Gnoto 15m, piroe 15m, that's about 100m in. Then need GK, LB, CB, CMF, winger, CMF and striker x2
Gk- keillher 20m, LB Tsimikas 15mil, CB Amps or a new CB, unsure who but 30mil would get a decent CB. MF with Tank, i think amado onana from villa be a great buy but be 40-50mil for MF. Buy soloman for 15, macatee for 25, beto for 30, mavididi 15, borja sainz 15, wilson free?
That's total 205mil but? 100mil in sales.
