Not that I was ever a fan of his to say the least, but the way Steve Bruce has been treated is nothing short of a disgrace. Yes he's got a good payoff, but when he talks about the impact on his family, it's not good at all imo.

Bright it's a bit like current day pop stars +all these influencers, they all love the adulation +wealth etc
But when you are dealing with the public and living your life in front of a camera for likes +followers
then your skin better rubber thick

What Steve hasn't bother saying and what you alluded to is the money he has now walked away with is only a dream to 90 % of the population and to people who give their working lives to enterprises and receive statutory redundancy on termination .

Steve has the last laugh, for all that money they could say what they want about me personally, I wouldn't care, neither would my wife.

Brighty Utter tripe, again. They gave him his 1000th managerial match and then 8 million smacks. Not exactly horrible or disrespectful treatment. They are however liars. They said their approach would be patient and considered. Hardly patient.
