Some rapturous support for Dan James. He reserves his 'best' for the national team. Even then it's very inconsistent. Decent looking goal last night. The goal keeper made it look better. Poor opposition, and he is still a headless chicken. On a positive note, if we get relegated, he would probably be an asset.

It's his default level. Not Premiership. Man U did a real number on our recruitment team. They 'steal' him from under their noses and then sell him back to them the following season at twice the price when they realise he was not worth half of what they paid for him.

Exactly. Playing against the equivalent of a Championship team - looked good and 'could have/should have' scored a hat trick, but didn't. Sums James up. Headless chicken who looks good against second-tier opposition, but rarely comes good against the big boys and can misfire even against lower-class teams.

Peculiar Hess, how you continually post, focus on just one player.. DJ? A guy who has hardly played this season thru injury and benched.

Any suggestions, posts, Hess, on how any of the Leeds United players who are actually picked to play can break our terminal goal drought? Hmm.

Harsh on DJ, Hess, I believe.
While not a top player, he still has something to offer us at this moment in time. He can be very dangerous when a game is stretched, even though he's quite erratic.


I believe if he was fit this season, we may have gotten more points.
However, in saying that, I'd snap the hand of a club willing to spend 15 mill on him in the summer!

More peculiar, then, is how you pick up Hess for doing exactly what you do yourself. E.g., how did a post about the Home Nations' bad results get twisted into being only about DJ again? (See below) .
