Give Mills some appropriate minutes. Nmecha up top instead of DCL. Can't afford to lose DCL to a League Cup injury. Put the lad who just scored a u21 hat trick on the bench.

Rest Rodon, give Elvedi the start, and think about Cresswell too.

Think this early in season it will be the A team, tbh. Maybe a tweak or two. Elvedi, Ao, James, Gnonto. But, doubt younguns.

And, tbh, I forgot Longstaff. He definitely deserves the start over Chadwick. But start Lienou, and keep Chadwick, Cresswell and Mills on the bench. Not saying they'll get a chance to feature, but if we're out of sight, or they are after 70-odd minutes, give them a look.

Mane would be an amazing signing, Melb, but Wolves don't want to let him go. We did enquire, but plenty of other clubs are interested, and, as I say, Wolves aren't wanting to let him go anyway.
