Pretty evident we need to sell to spend given our deals so far.

Outgoings loans let's assume has a loan fee close to Koch/ Wober so that's £400k on Koch/ Wober/ Kristensen/ Llorente/ Aaronson/ Roca. 2.4m (ballpark) . Forshaw and Robles off the books too.

3.4m (Rodrigo and Roberts out) . + above = 5.8m approx.

Ampadu = £7m for now (no clauses active yet) . Darlow to be a reported 400k) . £7.4m spent. Byram likely to be free agent signing. Net -£1.6m approx.

Outgoings, my minimum price to talk in hoping to raise £25 - 30m.

Meslier (£12.5m - there's still talent and potential to negotiated for even after a rough season) . Might be in the minority but as stated before want to keep.

Struijk - £7.5m and if its Brugge Champions League and incentive clauses up to £11-12m.

Drameh - £7.5m for starters and clauses bullish even with one year left he's young and useful. Initial talk seems to have cooled. Want to keep.

Roca (talks reportedly ongoing to make permanent) . Tell Betis they can have him now for £7m - 7.5m but 10m if they wait. We lose a bit but can get active by selling now.

Dan James - £5m. I'd be willing to move him on. He seems to want to stay.

Helder Costa - £1.5m (Who? ) Tell Saudis they can have him anything + his wages gone = bonus. Top agent at least should be busy.

Gnonto - £22m. Seems a little low but I reckon that kind of money would see the player want to be allowed to talk. Hefty sell on and performance related clauses up to £30M. Want to keep.

Sinisterra - £21m. That's about what we paid - his quality is not really in question more his ability to stay fit. Want to keep.

Adams - Release clause £20m? At least £30m if not. Want to keep.

Summerville (£12m - (to £15m with clauses) ) . Like him but candidate to go if we can keep above three - wishful I know.

Others: Harrison (15m) , Bamford (7.5M) , Bate (750K and clauses to £1.5m) , Gelhardt (£5m) , Greenwood (£4.5M) Poveda (£3.5m - behind a good pre-season) .

Not that I'd sell or even want to sell all of these - but this would be my position on them.

To clarify don't really see a market for Rutter/ Firpo/ Dallas/ Ayling/ Cooper/ Gyabi/ Gray (I hope) Joseph/ Perkins/ Hjelde/ Cresswell.

Been suggested by Graham Smyth in YEP that the Club are waiting for Prem teams to return from preseason tours and make decisions on players to be sold and loaned over the next week or so. Farke made good use of the loan market when at Norwich, and perhaps he and/ or Hammond have particular players in mind and have already been in contact and are awaiting definitive answer. It may be that’s the reason for slow incomings rather more than wanting/ needing to sell before buying.

Good work Ealing, some interesting thoughts and observations.

To your last point - personally I would ring fence Gray, Gyabi, Cresswell and Perkins and send any potential suitors packing immediately! Would also include Drameh in with those guys but would understand if the lad wants away after the way we have treated him.

Agreed Cleggy but Drameh must understand that its a new regime at ER Start with a clean slate.

I tipped Drameh to leave this summer . still feel he might.
