It was good to hear Sam Greenwood grabbed a goal on Saturday for Middlesbrough
The talk up here is that there's an option to buy added to his loan
But I'm surprised its only £1.5m ????.

He still might only be worth that price when you consider he didn’t really make it in this Leeds team.
If Carrick can get more out of him then happy days for him and Middlesbrough but personally I doubt it.
It’s why Arsenal let go of him and we are finally doing that also.
Good luck to him though.

I wouldn't have included a buy option ( if true) and certainly not for a measly £1.5 million

He definitely has technical ability in his passing, shooting, crossing, free kicks

If he improves his fitness and strength he will become a good player.

Leeds United in past have let young players go far too soon and regretted it David Seaman. and Dennis Irwin immediately come to mind.

Baz clubs cannot hold on to everyone who might or might not develop. If a player is not making it at one club eventually he has to move on to find a new challenge or regular football.

With Cody I think you can see by the move for spence that farke did not see him as promotion quality.
Sometimes it's regular football that's the key to developing.
