See Ryan Edmondson has moved to Australia! Genuinely thought this lad was the next big thing to come through the academy, just goes to show how development can change. Let’s hope that lad City have just stolen from us has a similar career.

Ryan scored a lot of goals in youth football but as he approached men's football his progression fell away.
I think sometimes in youth team a physically mature lad with a good shot on him can deceive a bit.
When they go into first team football everyone is that physical and they find there shot power is negated by better keepers.
Bielsa said he was not doing the things that were asked of him when asked about him and whether he was going to be in the first team.

Indeed Ben. It’s a common phenomenon. The big lads being picked up by scouts, when you know that technically speaking, skill wise, and mentally, there are many better players in your squad. They then go on to do nowt. That was very much the Leeds way for too long.
